Stay far away from this place. I moved from Ohio to Kentucky and own my own tanks. I sent a tank in to be refilled and was charged $145.01 for a mix. The cost should have been around $56.00. I have been a welder for 40 years and never have I been screwed over like this.

The only reason It has one star is because it doesn’t go to 0 stars. Specifically asked for argon in one tank and mix in another tank. You would think that as many tanks as they fill that they would have a system that put a very inexpensive tag on what it is supposed to be filled with. No they open a valve and say I can’t tell because it’s so cold outside. I live 45 - -60 minutes away and they want me to come back tomorrow and tried to make me feel bad because they are going to lose a tank of mixed gas which they made the mistake. Then they said and i wised I had names, that when dropped off that they weren’t told what to fill them with.This is the second issue I had with them. They say they open at 8 am Monday- Friday but the last two times I was here they showed up at 8:30 and then blamed everything but them selves.

This place is great! Jeff was a huge help, and very knowledgeable. Ill be sure to return for any of my welding needs.

Excellent customer service very wide selection of welding products. I have done a lot of business with them over the years Jeff and his staff has always took care of anything I needed whether it be any issue I had with a product or any questions about them, they are very knowledgeable about there products also will answer any questions you might have and help you find exactly what you need Jeff and his staff are very friendly and treat everyone that walks in the door with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend Eastern welding for all your gas and welding supply needs.

The people that work are absolutely outstanding. They do everything they possibly can to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. This is the only place I will ever buy anything welding related.

Called politely just to ask if they were hiring. Got an immediate “No & there’s no intent now or ever.” Then they hung up before I could ask anything else.
