I dread going to cell phone stores. That said, we had 5 lines to transfer and doing it online myself was going to be too much....we went here and Zach was amazing. He patiently helped us get set up, transfer 5 phone numbers, and activate the military discount for the account. T-Mobiles network has gotten pretty good over the years, and this is absolutely the store to go to in the area.

The gentlemen were very helpful and spent time with my wife and I to explain everything. They made sure that we understood everything before we left!

I love this specific location. They are always so friendly and very helpful. They do there best to make sure you leave happy, I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff. I specifically try to have Mike S, He’s one of the best.

100% recommendation for this store, I have moved all 10 lines for my family over from AT&T, the bill is simple to understand and much cheaper than AT&T. The store manager Jennifer Mcqueen is an extraordinary person who stands behind her promise. Since I lost my trust in AT&T store across street, when I chose to go with T-mobile, I was nervous about all my new plans and phone installments, but it is just simple and everything is beyond my expectations. Im so glad that I’m done with AT&T after 9yrs and have T-mobile now.

I love t mobile dont think I will ever switch to anybody else

Went to this store to get 2 lines added to my family plan, and instead I got an extra $500 bill. Spent hours getting this fixed with T-Mobile, and the company handled it well, but will never go back to this particular store again. The rep somehow managed to add extra data charges + a DIGITS line and phone some fraudulent numbers to rack up $500 in charges to my account. None of this shows up on the receipt.

T-mobile went out of their way to help me. Had to go to my old carrier and they definitely did not try to help.

Cassie helped us out with a new SIM card and she was terrific -- quick and very helpful. Thanks, Cassie!

The Reps in the stores are plenty nice, but my experience with T-Mobile customer service and ask a carrier in general is extremely poor
