If you need a Covid-19 test results in less than 4 days and 9 hours (yep >100 hours!!) I strongly suggest you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Very disappointing experience.

If you need to travel and need a Covid PCR test within 72 hours do not go here. It says 1 to 2 day results but after waiting 48 hours I called and spoke to a rude pharmacist who told me it’s taking 5 days and that she “doesn’t know where I heard 1-2 days” it is on my confirmation email it is on their website and it’s plastered all over the Internet but OK

I have to say - the gentleman who manages this store deserves more than 5 stars!! I have been in several times while he is working and have nothing but pleasant experiences. Top notch customer care and service is what he brings to your company - he should be recognized for this 🙂

Called and told me that my prescription is not in stock. When i followed up on it couple days later, no response. I tried calling the pharmacy and was on hold for 45 minutes. Before that i was hung up on. It has been a week since, still havent heard about my prescription. Not good customer service.

I wish I could leave a zero star rating.Everytime I use this pharmacy I have an issue. They do not have it together here. I dropped a PAPER script off and was told itll be ready in about 20 minutes. I came back in 35 minutes because I never received the text they told me theyd send and they were closed. I understand it was my responsibility to look at the hours, but when I get calls at my work that close to closing time I always tell the customer so they make it before hand. Back to the paper script part. I wasnt able to return for a few days due to my work schedule and their hours not working out, went to finally pick it up and they have nothing for me. How? I was here with a script in my hand, I handed it to the lady who was waiting on me now. So she looks in a second computer. Oh we just got a script sent over from your doctor... looks like yesterday? No, thats not possible. First of all, if it was sent yesterday, which it wasnt, but if it was why isnt it ready now at 4pm? Second of all, my doctor didnt call it in because I went to a walk-in clinic for an injury, and they HANDED ME A PAPER SCRIPT.Not to mention, when my fiancé got injured and we used this pharmacy thinking its closest to the house and its the most convenient, we were wrong. This happened with him too.Straighten up.

Always a great experience here.... Not just the pharmacy but the very pleasant and helpful people at the front end as well.... 1000 times better and more streamlined than my old CVS in Porter Ranch, CA....

This the least customer-friendly pharmacy. For some reason everyone in the pharmacy goes to lunch at the same time effectively closing the pharmacy in the middle of the day for half an hour. The signs at the drive thru are also wrong depending on the day or time of day youre there. You dont know this until youve pulled up to the window because thats where the sign is contradicting the big signs you just drove past.

This particular CVS pharmacy department is slow as molasses. Theyve lost or not received prescriptions from my doctors. They completely close it for half hour and everyone goes to lunch at 1:30pm which seems extra stupid since there are always 4 people working there. Forget waiting for a prescription fill at this one, not allowed.

The pharmacy is awful, I highly recommend going to rite aid or Walgreens in Rochester instead. Cvs STORE is fine, friendly staff and whatnot. But the pharmacy is definitely not one that I recommend. It’s not shocking this place has an average of 1 star on here/yelp.

Hi. I spoke on the phone with their pharmacy and the woman who answered was utterly rude, inconsiderate, and refused to answer my questions. This was a very poor experience, and I do not recommend this pharmacy. Best, Robert LearnChristianity.org

This CVS is small, and doesnt have a lot of inventory; as well as frequently being out of stock on items. Today I was waiting for a credit and asked where the restrooms were located. The associate at the cash register told me they were only available for employees, and not open to customers. I have never had this issue at any other CVS, and it came across as not being customer friendly. When I asked for an explanation of the receipt she started to speak to me as if I was a little child, which other customers in line noticed. One of these customers looked at me, rolled her eyes, and shook her head in disbelief.

Their Minute Clinic has lied to me about test results and handling. Its supposed to be 2-3 days. Its over a week and counting. Im told the lab they sent it to LABCORP has lost my Covid-19 test and they are supposed to be searching for it. More lip service. The supervisor has done NOTHING about it 2 days on after being notified. Dont waste your time with Minute Clinics. Go to your doctor to request a test. Faster. Btw, childrens tests are bumping at risk adult tests to the back of the line.

I hadnt been here in a long time and my doctor called in a prescription and I called after and told them that I know that my doctor called it in for 90 days but I only want 30 for right now and I have a coupon. She updated my phone number and told me that she would call me when it was ready. So, 2 hours later I call and the lady told me that it was ready and I went down. I get down there and they have to update my information and then she tells me that it will be 15 minutes and I said that I thought it was ready. She said that they have to start over because they updated my information. I was like Wait a minute. Your going to do it all over again because some of my info had to be changed?? Thats crazy

Go through the drive thru pharmacy MANY times. All the staff is kind and helpful. When I go in the store, the employees are VERY helpful and kind too. Its my go to pharmacy!

Pharmacist straight up lied to me about their policy instead of just saying they were busy and it would take a while to fill my order, then gave me attitude when I called her out on the lie. CVS is generally a terrible pharmacy but my insurance doesn’t give me a choice and I have to go there. I’ve had constant problems with multiple locations since I switched, but this today takes the cake.
