Always super helpful. Every time I call to pay a bill, or for a delivery, customer service is always top notch. Drivers are always pleasant and polite to just leave the bill on the door without knocking and stirring up the house, kids napping, etc.

Ive had the service/Presidential plan for 10 plus years, and its a great value. When my furnace failed, replacement was fast and easy and free, minus of course my annual service contract payment. Great, friendly service people.
