Horrible service at this establishment. Guy at the front desk is incompetent at what he does. Poor quality and poor service.

Highly recommend Glass Pro!!! Great service and the timing was great. The best in town I had take my cars at other places and they had me going back to back with the insurance or I have to be getting out of work to pick up the car and the car is not ready. But here at Glass pro they were great man it only took one call and they told me it was going to be ready at a certain time and it was ready. Once again best in town!!!

I highly recommend Glass Pros!! I recently had a bad experience with another local glass shop in Yuma Az. My windshield broke and had to replace it TWICE! Previous shop made a horrible..horrible job. To make long story short one day it rained and my car roof got wet because it was not glued well. I was angry and very frustrated. FORTUNATELY my mom got in contact with Glass Pros and they fixed EVERYTHING!! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND FINALLY HAPPY. Mike was very professional took videos and photos of the previous work and mess that was done to my windshield and roof car. He contacted my insurance and was able to fix everything within an hour. He even ordered an auto part from the windshield that was missing. Now my windshield looks great. Ive had no problem. Mike has amazing customer service skills and i could tell his desire to help. Best customer service and quality WOrk! And Best place to fix your windows or tint.Thank you Glass Pros!!!🙌

EXCELLENT WORK!!!! In September 2019, My panoramic sunroof broke and my insurance company sent me to Glass Pro’s for the repair. I explained that I was leaving town for work and would be gone for a month. They got me right in and asked me to leave it that they would have it back to me that afternoon. By the time I got home from leaving my car, 30 min drive, Glass Pro’s called me my vehicle was ready. They did an amazing job and my sunroof is perfect again! I definitely recommend Glass Pro’s! Thank you Glass Pro’s!
