They did a very good job both times for me. They also took a small job (painted a car door handle) and did a perfect job while charging a good price. I know they have bigger, better paying jobs so its nice they did this job for me. I recommend them to anyone for auto body repair.

Amazing service. The owner is super friendly and bends over backwards to help his customers. Hes very patient and helpful. He even called the rental car company for me when I showed up to drop off my keys. I hope next time I return isnt to repair my truck though!

Probably the most honest people I’ve encountered when dealing with an auto body shop! They gave me the advice I needed, even though it was a less profitable piece of advice than they could have offered!

I am very impressed by the service at this place. I got into a weird fender bender with my car and needed it to be fixed very quickly since it was leased car that I had to return in a few days. Julio was wonderful to work with. He assessed the situation and recommended a cost effective plan to fix it, when he could have easily quoted way more and make money from this vulnerable situation of mine (like some other autoshops in the area did).I felt I could trust him to do a good job which he did. I sincerely thank him for his help. I definitely recommend this place for their professionalism and work ethic.

Wow, I had a fender bender and looked up auto body shops near me. They did an incredible job and made everything very easy for me, from start to finish they kept me updated on parts and progress for my vehicle.Cant tell you too much about pricing since it was covered by the other parties insurance. They even washed the exterior and cleaned the inside of my car and buckled all my seatbelts! Haha, I thought that was all very thoughtful.I am just so happy and my car looks so GREAT! Took my car in for repairs after an accident. Somerville Auto Center completely exceeded my expectations. They definitely know their stuff. I’m happy with the end result. My car looks and drives like new.

I am not very big on giving reviews but I can honestly say I am extremely pleased with the job that was done on my car. I am a little younger and this is the first time I have ever been in an accident. They helped walk me through the process with dealing with my insurance company which was fantastic. They then went on to do a phenomenal job on my car. If I ever need work done again, this will certainly be my first stop.

I always dread having to take my car in for anything. Its usually such a hassle and I end up spending way more than I anticipated because by the way, you need this $500 system/part replaced IMMEDIATELY. My experience at Somerville Auto Center was anything but that! As soon as I explained what I needed, the garage manager stepped out to help me. I immediately felt he was trustworthy and straightforward. He was nice and very happy to help. I left my car overnight — with no additional garaging fee — and was able to pick my car up the next day. He met with me again to show me exactly what they did to fix my car. The total cost was less than I thought it might be. It was quick and painless, and honestly a pleasant experience.

Admittedly this is the first time Ive ever had to go to a body shop for repairs after an accident so I dont have much to compare to but I could not be happier with my experience with Somerville Auto Center. Not only did they have a cheaper estimate price than a couple other shops in the area but they stuck to that estimate price with no surprise charges coming up throughout the process (I understand with auto repairs sometimes that just happens as you dig into things but still a nice surprise). My only tiny complaint was a slight lack of communication, there was once or twice where I was told something along the lines of Well call you in the next day or two to give you an update and a more specific time estimate and I never heard from them. That being said, whenever I called them to check in for updates they were kind and professional and straightforward about whatever information I was asking about. As I said there were never any emergencies or surprises that would have absolutely necessitated a call so Im not even docking a star for that, especially when I saw the car had been completely detailed when I picked it up (it hasnt been this clean in a while). I will definitely be back if I need body work in the future and again I could not be happier with my experience.
