John Caruso is hands down the best sales guy there. About 3 years ago, we went in looking (at that time) at the Explorer. When we walked in, other sales men just looked at us, but John was the only one to approach us. Fast forward to 2021 and 3 cars later, John is the guy to go to. I leased my vehicle in 2018 and it was up this year. I absolutely loved my Explorer, but I would have changed a few things about it. I was going back and forth whether or not to buy it out or not, but again it didnβt have everything exactly I wanted. We ultimately decided to custom order my new vehicle that way I got everything I ever wanted. I ended up ordering my dream Explorer from John. We ordered it back in early June, and I picked it up 2 days ago.. it came in a whole month earlier than expected! John did a fantastic job following up throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and what not. I ended up buying my car this time around. Iβm so in love with my new Ford Explorer ST that I already put front window tints on her! π Trust me, John is the guy to go to! You will not be disappointed. He does NOT pressure you at ALL to close a deal like some sales people do. Back in 2018, he actually suggested going home and doing more research to see the lowest price on the car so he could bring it back to his manager so we can close a deal. True genuine person. We will be back to see John in a couple years to order my husbands new truck. Keep it up John!! PS: I felt really bad the other night being there so late finalizing the paperwork, even though I know you wanted to go home after the long day. Gina was very helpful to me as a first time customer with my 2020 auto. Total visit was about 1 hr 1/2 which was excellent. Gina call meat home a day later for square away the inside sticker, which noted the mileage for my next service appointment.I switched back to Ford from Kia and as a thought, whenever they service the π, you left with a car wash, both inside and outside. It was a nice feature. Currently my wife has a KIA and she thinks that their service was great.
The customer service department is incredibly unhelpful. I left two messages trying to make an appointment for recalls, neither call was returned. When I called a third time, they refused to make an appointment on a Saturday as they do not work on recalls on a Saturday. They were booked three weeks in advanced and as I was explaining that I didnt know if I could get a ride and was trying to pick a date that may work, the service agent interrupted me, said Fine and hung up on me.I have since made an appointment at Fleming Ford. They had no problem making an appointment on any Saturday of my choosing. The were kind, helpful, and really bent over backwards to help me.

Buyer BEWARE!I visited Fullerton Ford to see and test drive a pre-owned sports car. I had to travel 350 miles to get there, which the salesman and sales manager each knew. Since i was traveling, I spoke in advance to a sales manager to negotiate the max price Iβd be willing to pay if the condition was as it appeared in photos, and if it was mechanically sound -- no way Im buying a used car sight unseen. After being told it was priced to move, and is in great shape, I asked why it was still on the lot after 78 days. Response: Because their customers usually are there for SUVs. When i asked about additional incentives, like an extended warranty, or military/first responder discount I was told numerous times they were selling it to me βat a loss.β I was reminded several times when I asked to clarify their odd business practices that this is βa well respected dealer.β The βwell respected dealerβ will not allow a buyer to bring their own financing or inspect a used vehicle under a service dept lift. They dont have folks on the weekend that can verify a wire transfer. Again and again I was told the car was in good shape because they only sell quality vehicles. They dont cut corners. Of course they cavalierly trumpeted an oil and air filter change, drive belt replacement, and two new ties they put on. What I wasnβt told about was the extensive rust underneath, or the rust rotting both quarter panels. My salesman βdidnβt see itβ --the bubbled up rust-- until my flight was booked and I was committed. (Look at my photos. Hard to miss?). In full disclosure, he tried to tell me at 6:45 pm literally the night before my early-bird flight, after I spent money on non-refundable tickets. No photos provided. Just a βcall meβ voicemail to let me know some information. Make your own judgment, but Iβd stay clear and do business elsewhere.* as fate would have it, dealer dropped $500 off their Express Price before I got home from my visit *# Oct 12, 2021 Update : The car dropped another chunk, now at $500 less than the selling it to you at a loss price, and $5000 below their initial express price. SWINDLERS looking for a sucker to take their loss.
Regarding the Service Department...this is absolutely one of the best car dealer service departments Ive ever used. Joe Aucello is absolutely phenomenal and has taken care of me to a higher level than most exotic car dealer service managers have, and personally makes sure everything goes well on my FGT whenever it needs something. I can imagine the sales department at Fullerton is just as polished, and wouldnt hesitate for a moment to buy a car from their dealer group. Absolutely PHENOMENAL!

This rating is for service. Im staring at TWO letters from Ford telling me I have to bring my 2017 F150 in for serious service (non-operative door lock & engine computer problem recalls). I call for an appointment AND NO-ONE CAN SCHEDULE ME BECAUSE THAT PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE! Can you imagine a dealership this large and they cant schedule a service call? RIDICULOUS. Ive had problems before trying to schedule simple oil changes. Dealerships for my other two vehicles have basically drive-thrus. Here its a big production. I bought my truck here where they bent over backwards to please me, but definitely wont go back because of their lack of attention to service needs.

Called to return a leased F150. I got it from NY but had since moved to Jersey and Im about 5 minutes from Fullerton Ford. They told me they wouldnt take the return because I wasnt one of their customers. First off, Im Fords customer and thats who you work for. Second, they didnt even ask if I was going to get another Ford. What kind of salesmen are they? Im returning a lease dont you think I need a new car??!!!! In which case Id be a customer. I dont get how people do business, if I did this Id go out of business but others do it and thrive, I dont get it. Not that they care but Ill never use them. Not for Fords, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, nothing, all of which Im considering.

First time buying directly from a ford dealership and itβs been a nightmare.Sold me a 2019 Ford edge ST with completely destroyed and faulty transmission center car back to the dealership twice they refused to acknowledge there anythingβs wrong with it even though itβs clear as day that itβs completely faulty.Iβm currently suing the dealership and manufacturer.Service department was completely useless I do not recommend purchasing a Ford car anymore

I did recent service of my Ford Fusion and I would say they did fantastic job. Also I did get my alloy wheels paint job as it was having many scratches, they made it like brand new. Also price was very decent and I couldnβt have done it from any other place than Ford authentic service. A good dealership overall. Service facility is modern and well run. Prices are what youd expect from a dealership. They do offer coupons for some maintenance services.
