I was trying to get some drain pipe and all shelves were bare. When asked if they had it…. Response was “it’s outside and I have to go get it. You’re killin me.” 15 minutes later it comes and we are ready to check out. Mind you we have now been in the store 1/2 hour trying to get what we needed after having found the empty location. Go to self checkout and there is no tag on the pipe. The lady at self checkout now says you need to go back and get the skew number. Come back with a section of pipe that has a skew…. And she says that isn’t what she needed. And she freaks out saying she wanted the picture of the tag from the shelf. I proceeded to ask her to scan the code and she ignorantly says “excuse me, I’m speaking” in a mean tone. We walked out and went elsewhere. Terrible experience at this store. After 45 minutes of wasted time we drove to Lowe’s.
