Hakan and Jennifer were amazing! Im really looking forward to wearing my jewelry but I also cant wait to see them again. Hakan helped me find the perfect gift for myself while also having such a professional/ compassionate approach. Jennifer was such an angel and explained what the stone meant and it really brought everything together. I had such a great experience. It makes me sad that others didnt have a good experience. Maybe try again and go to Hakan or Jennifer ❤️.

When I left watches to be fixed, it took a long time, I got confusing messages, I was told that one watch could not be fixed and I never got it back.

Negative stars if could be. I was there with my fiance to get her engagement ring resized; then the lady goes on about upgrading my ring for her and concealing the price I paid for the ring in front of my fiance. Such a horrible employee. Hope shes gone from there smfh

I had the most amazing experience at the Kay Jewelers Outlet in Somerville. Susanne was the kindest person and took her time to help me find the perfect Sapphire ring to honor my grandmothers memory. The store has such a wide selection of jewelry with unbelievable discounts. Susanne and Jen were both so helpful, professional and extremely nice. By far my best jewelry experiences. Thank you ladies for the help!! I love my ring and I am so so happy with my purchase here!

Snobby pretentious employee was absolutely no help at all. This store deserves negative stars even one star is too generous! I was trying to buy a mother’s day present but she was so fake. I don’t look rich an in fact I’m often mistaken for a teenager, even though I’m in my early 20s. And everyone that came into the store after me was greeted and served before I was.And then after waiting until I was the last person in the store! This employee keeps trying to tell me that everything was out of my price range which is about $200 - $400. Whenever I asked to see something she would pull out the most expensive of the bunch and just point to the price tag! Who does that?! Sometimes it wasn’t even the item(s) I asked to look at! And then she had the nerve to try to point me to their cheapest UGLIEST earrings! She wasn’t even trying to help instead she was trying to drive me out!

I made a purchase here and the ladies there were very helpful. It was a new experience for me and all of my questions were answered. The staff were very patient and polite. Although, I highly recommend to do some research on any questions or concerns regarding your desired purchase. This will provide a smoother process after meeting with a jeweler consultant at any place. Depsite the fact of my little knowledge about diamonds, I was very comfortable asking them questions to gain more insight. I read some poor reviews and I had a different experience with this location. I am delighted with my purchase and look forward to coming back for my future cleaning/inspections.

A one star is more than they deserved. They ruined my 6K ring and had to send it out 4 times and return to me ruined. They took 50.00 off because I was not happy. That was a slap in the face. I went to LONGS jewelry’s and what an amazing experience. They treat you like gold and the quality of their products leave you speachless. Actually bought a brand new engagement and wedding ring at longs!!!!!!

Unbelievably ignorant and rude employess that work here! Im not one to complain rather compliment but the experience I just had has to be shared with others! I purchased a chain from another store and viewed a watch at this location yet when my bill came it stated I purchased a watch from this location. I tried handling it over the phone with the credit card company with no luck then called and tried to get it straightened out with a manager from this location and he insisited I come down to get things straightened out. I just left and my bill still states I purchased a watch here which I didnt. A complete waste of time in which they didnt care at all! I will handle through corporate office now.

Do not BUY here they do nothing for their customers, offer 90 day warranty for gold peices?? That should have been a red flag for me but I was fooled and hope they do not fool anymore people as this company has awful policies and I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. SORRY that I DID. DO NOT BUY HERE.

My boyfriend and I went into this particular Kays a few weeks ago to start our engagement ring search, we had a very friendly sales person and she helped us and answered all of our questions. Since there was not a lot of options, we had specifically requested a band from their catalog so we can see it in person. We were told the engagement ring band would come in my ring size (10), we also ordered a 1 ct oval diamond to look at in person as well. The sales lady said that she could do this for us if we opened an account with them. We were reluctant but she said it would NOT be a hard pull on our credit score. After that meeting, we discovered that the credit check did in fact hurt our credit score. A couple weeks later, we were notified that both the diamond and band came in for us to look at. We came into the store and found out that the band was not in the size that was requested and instead was a standard showroom size (7)...no one informed us of this mistake when they called. Additionally, the managers working seemed shocked when we said we ordered a diamond, it took almost 20 minutes for them to even find it. At this time, we were working with a different sales person...he was extremely pushy and very used car salesman. He informed us of a major sale if we purchased the ring today, and we said we just wanted to look as I wanted to be surprised and I did not want to be present for the purchase of the ring. We had asked for the total price of the ring and he kept giving us the price with the discount, that ended that day. He told me to go for a walk while he talks to my boyfriend, and almost every other word out of this mans mouth was regarding this sale. Very unpleasant shopping experience.I recently read an article about Kays misplacing peoples engagement rings, and other issues, and this experience did not help.

They have the worst customer service. The people don’t have a clue as to what they are doing. My fiancé and I went in to trade my wedding set for a new one. They couldn’t figure out how to do it. Needless to say we were there for over an hour. I got so annoyed I told them to give me my ring back, told them they don’t even know what they are doing and left. Then the salesgirl called my fiancé 10 minutes later because she figured it out. He said..We’re allset and hung up.....Never again will we go there!!
