Walked in with all my stuff. Had already cancelled my service.Dave was extremely helpful and thorough. Asked for a receipt, cause we all know Comcast can be rough. Not a problem for Dave. He was awesome. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, receipt in hand, no trouble.Will definitely go again and already recommended Dave and the team to family who hate dealing with Comcast customer service.
I came to the Xfinity store and worked with Darwin to transfer my phone number to a new device. Darwin was a pleasure to work with. He was respectful, patient, kind, and communicative. Darwin made the process seamless and stress free. I would recommend going to the Somerville Xfinity location and would recommend asking for Darwin - hes great!
This is the worst experience ever doing phone carrier tranfering. I tranfered my phone from Verizon to Xfinity mobile last Thursdays but it is still not active. I cant use my phone doing any business. First day the store representative said it should be ready in 24 hour then the 2nd day I went to the store again. They told me to wait another 72 hour. What the... till now after 96 hour. I went there again to discuss with the store manager. And again he told me to wait another 24 hour so totally Ib waiting for 120 hr now. I emailed him about the problem still on. Believe it or not he replied me back and ask to wait a bit more and even asked me to call the number he provided to help pressure thier technicians to take it more seriously. Really!!!! So, I have to waste another 1 hr talking with the technicians to wait another 24 hr. So it been 144 hr or 6 days now. Good luck for the new client who thinking to transfer. Im done!!!!!! Id to give them even zero star review if I could.
Everyone there while i was there was complaining. Ordered services online but they deleted my account before even setting up. I went in and they had a major attitude, mohawk kid needs some customer service experience. They offered nothing to me for my bad experience.One guy while i was there said his bill was supposed to be 140 and he is getting charged 240. Crooks
Absolutely horrible customer service. They gave me the wrong modem, called severalTimes and made me come to the store. I got here right before 7pm and the man you did his job wrong saw me and walked away. Didn’t even have the decency to open the door to even listen to what I had to say. I have been asking Xfinity to please get it right since they have been making mistakes non stop for the last week to try to set up my account.Is anyone ever going to hold these people accountable for the mistreat the users receive??????
Accidently dropped of an $80 computer power cable with my Xfinity equipment return. I returned to the store 6 hours later after Xfinity REFUSED to provide a telephone number. 3 WONDERFUL employees went through piles of boxes to find my cable. Then over comes Chelsea, who is doing NOTHING (no customers waiting for service). Instead of helping look for my cable, Chelsea stands next to the associates with arms crossed, doing NOTHING. Then she angrily starts to tell the associates NOT to help me or look for my cable. Then, she begins harassing the employees to stop helping me while standing there DOING NOTHING. Very sad that there are such hateful people. Its so unfortunate that other employees have to work with such a negative, hateful person, who spends her time trying to harm customers. Thank you to those other employees. Xfinity, why dont you fire this Chelsea. Bet you have massive employee turnover because of her.
I returned 5 cable boxes because they kept sending me the wrong one finally at xfinityi store in somerville assembly row i got the correct box and remote all i needed to do was go home read the directions remove old cable box and wires from tv connect new box easy... no and why not they DID NOT GIVE ME A CABLE TO CONNECT THE NEW BOX. After being w them for 14 years its time to go i cant get an agent when i call always voice activated info. Its very frustrating. So now in order to connect my cable box that i took out the old one needs to be put back they want to charge me 100.00 are you kidding me if i call the xfinityi store in somerville guess what i get automated system so upset. So now i either wait for a cable another week or so ir go down to the store and get a cable crazy

A year ago.. when I came here for new subscription the guy didn’t even explain to me what’s my services include of he just wanted to sign up for a new customer.. and today I came here and find out that I had a landline included .. the manager trying to tell me it’s my mistake that I signed up for before reading the agreement .. f guy Wants me to read 20 papers before signing.. who in the earth half the time for that.. very rude and bad customer service ... bad manager attitude..

DO NOT BUY. If you have any other option for internet service, then head my words and avoid Comcast. They’re a soulless monopoly and I’ve never gotten the speeds I pay for.

The ladies and gents working in that store are super helpful. I went in there to pick up an internet bundle that we signed up for online and they explained, gave me everything in a nice package. And threw in a streaming box for free with all the directions. If I have any questions/concerns I will definitely stop by for help. Thanks!

Bad customer service. No line but lady and her kids have to wait 15-20+mins outside in sun 90* .
Excellent experience here- brand new store next to Trader Joes at Assembly. Ryan was patient and kind, got us set up with new cell phone service on our existing phone at a reasonable price

Internet outage is usual and there no customer support.
The Assembly sq. location is much more convenient then the one in Beacon St.
I visited the store to upgrade my set top box. The representatives working were extremely nice and friendly. I usually go to the store in East Boston or Medford but this store is so much nicer. The store is amazing, love that they have a section in the store to test out the x1 TV along with Xfinity mobile and Xfinity home security.I plan on always going to this store from now on. Great store design Xfinity
More than an hour waiting because we were 3 customers at the same time, they let a customer that arrived later than me pass before me because it was going to be quick, it was not. Avoid to go there.

A terrible drain of time. I waited for about an hour to return one piece of equipment. They take an average of about 45 minutes to process one customer. Go here only if you have lots of time to kill
