Im typically not a fan of stores like this but I have to say this place is great. They always have a fun mix of local branded items combined with interesting gift options.The kind of place you can go to and grab great gifts for half a dozen people in one trip. Its definitely not cheap, but they will have what you didnt know you wanted.

Nice shop with cool gift items such as cookbooks, specialty soaps and lotions, bags, T-shirts, candles, jewelry, and some things I would consider more on the fun side for kids or gag gifts.

Fun, medium-sized store which carries a variety of items for the hard to please. The items specific to Davis Square and Somerville are a nice touch. Friendly staff and a short walk from the MBTA red line Davis Square subway station.

I bought a bunch of items at D Squared in Somerville, Ma store at Christmas time - like 10-15 small items like socks, kitchen towels, ornaments and a couple higher priced items. I called today to see if I could return 3 items because they just did not work for me. A hat that was too large, an ornament which looked used and another ornament, which was just not for me. When I called the reasoning I got for not taking a return was due to the fact that it was past 30 days and all their Christmas stuff was on sale. I grew up with a family in the retail business. It wasnt the information that I could not get a refund or even a discounted credit but the unfriendliness regarding my question. Here I am supporting a local business over Amazon and regretting every minute of it.
