A horrible experience! We were assigned Michael and he was not helpful, he did not listen to our needs and we felt he did not take us seriously at all! It took over 2 weeks to get a quote from Michael after a bunch of phone calls and texts. I understand it was during a holiday break but over 2 weeks waiting for 5 closets for a big company like this; should not be so difficult. After a week of waiting; Michael called me and said I just did the master bedroom and its this price and if thats too much let me know; so I dont waste anymore of my time. I had to keep telling Michael that we were serious. During our meeting the whole design was done by my wife; all Michael had to do is transfer it over to his software and get a quote for us. Instead after waiting 2 weeks we got an amateurish proposal with totally different layout than what we wanted with Michaels response being why wouldnt you put the 40 years experience of the owner to use. Clearly this company doesnt have 40 years of proper customer service experience. This was a horrible experience with a non friendly, non listening and non understanding company that have the just do what we say attitude. Very disappointed in the experience with Michael and Boston Closet Co. I will never recommend them to anyone!
