Their prices went up a little while ago so not as good a value as it used to be. As well the one person who really knew her craft moved on to an actual salon. Regardless for a barber shop type cut this place is still pretty reasonable for what you get.

Fantastic Sams is a good place to go for a bargain haircut. Most of the cosmetologists there do a good job, though Ive had a few not-so-great cuts. When that happens you can come back within a week to get a free re-do on your hair. They have all been friendly, and the wait times are generally pretty short.

Walked in at 6:28 pm, two stylist and one client being serviced with no one waiting, and yet they have no time left to get me in. As a business manager, if I say my doors are open until 7pm my doors remain open until 7pm. Then again, they are probably doing me the favor of keeping me from a big business hairdo. Dont waste your time.

My sister went into their store for a cut and highlights, after over 2 hours she emerged with none of her hair cut, and an egregiously expensive styling job. This is because the manager was pressuring the hair cutter to up sell to my sister constantly who was being pressured into saying yes. After it was done she was told the price was actually $60 more than it should have been. She and our entire family are really upset that this store is jipping its customers. Unacceptable.

With the great quality and service, you wouldnt know its a national chain. You get efficient hairdressers here, but you dont have to worry about getting a bad cut. Caroline is the best!

My hair was butchered by Dorcas. I tried to explain to her how I didnt want my hair cut too short. She grabbed my bangs and cut them an inch above my eyebrows. Not only were they very short, they were not straight and she didnt cut all of my bangs, so I now have 2 lengths. Her response was, well they will grow back. Yes, but it was 10 days before Christmas. Family photos with our new granddaughter had to be cancelled. It was 3 weeks ago and I still look like a fool. The back of my hair was also not cut evenly, there are longer hairs sticking out. I was in there for 5 minutes and charged $25 for the butchering. I called and spoke with Stacy who offered to dye my hair. I explained that would not solve the problem. She told me the manager would call me back. After 3 weeks I called again and spoke with Carolina. She said she would call me back. I am waiting. I do not recommend patronizing this butcher shop!

We just took my daughter for her first hair cut. She was a little nervous, but Zac was so nice and sweet with her. He was great and made it so easy.

7-9-2018My experience today was horrible. PETER was at the desk. There was only 1 otherStylist that I could see, PETER asked me to take a seat. I did, then a few minutes go by and another gentleman comes in and ask for a haircut he was then asked to take a seat. Good another stylist in the backHad my hair cut, and OMG. She messed up bad. I now have a appointment for it to be re cut. Im praying it will go right this time.

I believe that it should be common practice to greet a customer, inquire about what service theyd like and give them an estimated wait time. Instead I waited for 20 minutes with my newborn and 2 year old for them to then tell me it would be an hour wait for a toddler haircut!

They saved my life! I mean, my looks! I colored my hair on my own and it turned to leopard print! Stacey saved me. Super reasonable compared to expensive salons.

For a budget hair salon, the service and quality of cuts is overall above average.

Ok, its hard to rate a business when its individual hair stylist are the ones performing but Ive been here about 4 times for last minute hair cuts. There was one time, Catherine or Christine, who did a great job. The other 3 times by 3 different people, because they seem to change frequently, did ok work but one of them completely mauled my hair. She didnt even hold my head but instead just would do these quick snips with the scissors and wasnt paying attention nor didnt give any care to her work. I ended up hating the cut, styled my hair in a way to hide it until 4 days later i managed to get my cousin to clean it up (shes a stylist but was busy when i needed it) in which the words taht came out of her mouth when she ran her fingers through her hair would be inappropriate for a review.Again, it is unfair for me to say Fantastic Sams fault for my bad haircut but they are the ones that hired someone who acts like they dont care to be there. She clipped my hair like she was an actress on a sitcom and the dialog was more important than the actual haircut. Never going there again.

I got cheated I only had hair cut no shampoo and style, the charge is suppose to be only $14.00, they charged me $26.00

Great hair cut!

My 71 year old mother came in today and asked if they had any books she could look at. The girl there told her she needed to go in line and pick out a style before she comes down, and make sure to pick the right style for her HAIR COLOR. My poor mom walks with a cane and they didnt even offer to help her do their work on figuring out a style for her. BAD, BAD SERVICE!!!
