Purchased a couch based on a floor model, we just wanted a different color. Two months later it is the wrong couch.Now, we dont have a couch, they couldnt come up with a reasonable discount and we need to start all over again....what a waste of time and how can Toni possibly not be capable of duplicating a floor model? The couch was right there in the window!COMPLETE DISASTER!!

Great selection of affordable and high end furniture

I really enjoyed my experience with SC41 finding the right mattress for me. I looked at other Mattress retailers in town and was very disappointed. SC41 asked me questions about my sleeping positions (Back, stomach or side), light or heavy sleeper, back pain...etc No other store asked me any questions, only how much or my budget. My only regret after getting my new mattress was waiting! This is the best Ive slept in months!

I worked with Lorie and she is great! Ive has a Sleepworks mattress system since 2006 and Im glad to be able to get the products without the drive to Berkeley. I only replaced my pillows and bought a topper for now but the mattress is due in a couple of years. For anyone who hasnt tried the Sleepworks products, definitely try them before you commit to something else. They are a bit pricey but nowhere near that of similar classes of bedding - a killer deal for all natural materials (sustainable wool, cotton and latex) and incredibly well-made products. Ive always been a bed geek and these products are the best ever. Never going back.

The saleslady that helped me acted like she thought I was going to steal something--she kept following me around the store and would not leave me alone! I really just wanted to be left alone to decide for myself...which she clearly did not think I was capable of. She ended up discouraging me from buying the super $$ I wanted, & pushing me to buy another piece. I did, but only because I wanted it. Still, I felt like as an affluent person of color, her following me around was a bit disturbing :(
