Dennis was very professional and courteous. Tested my hearing. Programed a pair of hearing aids. Incredible what a difference it made. I went from 56% to 88%. My only obstacle was the cost.

I came to Miracle Ear knowing that I have one bad ear, recently the other ear started losing hearing. My wife kept telling me to please get hearing aids and I did not want to come, but I met with the amazing staff Emily Burton and Carrie Davis they both made me feel so comfortable. Now I can actually even hear my wife when she is breathing. We have a renewed relationship and I come by and visit when I need something. Thank you so much Miracle Ear for giving me new ears!

Out of pocket expense and admitting that I needed hearing aids prevented me from making the large purchase in the past.Miracle Ear had been advertising, which I heard good things about, so I made an appointment. What I found, was that my hearing had declined rapidly in three short years.Aron tested my ears, educated me on hearing loss and gave me OPTIONS for the best set of aids for my lifestyle. Two weeks later I am living a much better lifestyle. They are very comfortable to wear and not noticeable (very important). The technology makes for easy adjustment, hardly any, as they are made for my ears only.Emily delivered my aids with concise easy to follow instructions and I was on my way to life with ears again. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff make my hearing better than the original equipment! Special programs for the hearing aids help customize them for different situations - from TV to restaurants to meetings to conferences to concerts. And the aids are so comfortable, I forget I have them in until I lie down on them at nights! Go see them. You wont be sorry!

A couple of weeks ago, I finally realized that I needed some hearing help. I went to Santa Cruz Miracle ear and was more than happy. Emily & Carrie have helped me realize that this is a process and it does take some time to get adjusted to hearing aids. Once I adjusted to them, my whole life changed. I have had them now for about 8 months and they have changed my life. I met a new friend and we are hopefully getting married, before I did not want to go out because I was embarrassed about not being able to hear people. Thank you Miracle Ear for changing my life for the better.

Miracle Ear has given me my social life back. I had a hearing loss for a long time and did not want to address the issue, finally I realized that it was hampering my social life. I did not want to go to noisy restaurants or social gatherings, because I could not hear what others were saying. Finally, I made an appt and met with Emily & Carrie they made me feel so comfortable and I bought some hearing aids, they are almost invisible and I can hear again! I am back in the world.
