Best motorcycle shop is santa Cruz county period. They have almost every thing imaginable and can order what u need to get u on the road or dirt again. Love the staff and the service but most importantly their dog!!! They have new ready to ride motorcycles and scooters perfect for street and dirt/trail use.

Theyve always been good to me helping in any way they can to make sure I got &/or get what I need/ed ......there super friendly and I would and do suggest them whenever possible......

Its a compact store for the motorcycle enthusiast. Its not as big as it used to be when all the items were up stairs . The young man that was at the counter was very knowledgeable and super cool . I know its tough with covid to keep stores open i wish this store well Santa Cruz County needs a motorcycle store.

I try my best to shop local as I appreciate the difficulty in trying to run a business when the online world is closing in. I also like finding a place where there are like-minded moto fans to get advice and talk shop with. That said, they have to be able to counteract the cost difference and lack of convenience with customer service and parts availability.Ive used We All Ride for a few parts over the years and unfortunately theyve always had to order the parts. I know its a small shop, but not having the parts in stock (even though they were far from obscure things) is frustrating. Especially when there isnt a ton of communication about delays (happened on a set of tires I needed for my dual sport).The final straw for me was my last trip in when looking for some turn signals. I went in wearing my mask (yay COVID!) and was a bit taken back when the guy behind the counter and the guy talking to him were both without masks. I thought it a bit odd but understand that others have a different perspective on COVID than my family and I do. I figured I would just keep my distance.When that first customer left I assumed I would be helped, but instead the guy behind the counter said nothing until the next customer came in, completely ignoring me. The next customer (wearing a mask) commented on the lack of a mask and the guy behind the counter just shrugged and said Oh, is that still a thing?It sucks to say, but if you want me to pay more than I can pay online, you have to earn my business. Poor customer service isnt the way to make that happen.

Terrible experience dealing with them after buying a new Nostalgia 50 last month (delivered to me November 16, 2020). The owners son delivered the bike and walked me through the basics- and everything was great until he started the engine. One of the first things I noticed was the rear wheel is significantly out of true, so I told him about it and he displayed total lack of accountability thinking Im a novice. Among the things he said about the unbalanced wheel was you wont feel it when you are riding and it will balance itself over time. To think that 1) Im too ignorant to the fact that an unbalanced wheel wont balance itself and 2) that it is completely safe to ride because you wont feel it shows a complete lack of character and dishonesty.NEVER SHOP HERE- if I could go back I would have waited for Richmond Motor Sports to receive their shipment of the same bike.

Richard and his family are an amazing resource for the moto world here in SC. Pumped on his knowledge, service and his selection. Do yourself a favor and make this your go to for all things moto.

Absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever.I just bought my first bike and was really excited to walk in there and purchase a helmet and some gloves jacket etc.stood around for about 5 minutes awkwardly looking at helmets before I had to go up to someone and ask what he would suggest. The kid looking like it was probably 16 years old or so and claimed to be a professional dirt racer had absolutely zero input Im which helmet I should buy. I took a liking to a certain home and he said he would bring it up to see how much it cost is it was no price tag on it that kid never returned. upon going to my car and back to retrieve my cell phone to take pictures of the products I wanted to see if they had good reviews I was greeted by what I believed was the owner and when I mean greeted I mean he told me that they do not carry much in stock and then if I wanted to buy something to just look on the internet. Are you trying to run a business or not I was about to drop off $300 Im here at your shop and I walked out and I will never return.thanks for putting a shity taste in my mouth for my first gear purchasing experience I will never recommend your shop to anyone only perk of the visit was the Santa Cruz veterans alliance was right across the street and I was able to get myself an eighth of some good weed LOL.

These guys do quality work at fair prices. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and theyre open 5 days a week (unlike most other local shops). I recommend you give them a shot!

Sexist and bad service.My boyfriend went in last Thursday to order me a new pair of handlebars (Mine were bent and I was having throttle cable issues) and after giving them the dimensions and all info needed, we were told theyd be in Monday.Yesterday came around and I went in to pick them up, and was told they werent there but theyd give me a call later when they were in and they took down my number. This was all fine.Today, after not receiving a call, I decided to go by and see if I could pick them up on my way home from classes. I walked in and was immediately greeted with the mechanic and the lady at the front yelling at each other. They stopped immediately when I came in, and I asked if they had received my bars yet. The mechanic told me they had received a pair, but they werent the ones I wanted so they sent them back. He then proceeded to tell me if I wanted the bars he would reorder them, but he didnt want to pay shipping costs twice and I would have to pay for whatever came, whether they were the ones I ordered or not. I was taken aback a bit by this and his rude tone, and told them Id just order online. He then told me, Charley can reorder them, or you can ask him to order them online for you, and made several other remarks basically telling me that The Boyfriend/Male should be doing this for me. Im hugely surprised that a local business would 1. treat their customers like this, 2. not even call me when they returned the original bars to tell me there was an issue, and 3. be so blatant in their misogyny. I wont be going back, and I ordered new bars online.

The guys at this store are great. Youre acknowledged when you come in (unlike some other places) and everyone is super helpful. The shop is small so there isnt a TON of inventory but they will get you anything you want to order; and fast. They pull out catalogs and go through them with you. They will get suppliers on the phone to ask questions. They also price match. I try to go to them before anyone else.

Perfect motorcycle shop. The owner is super knowledgable and the whole place is family owned and operated. Give great deals to those who are friendly and workable. Would recommend going here for any gear or motorcycle repair questions.

The guys that work here are super patient and helpful. They specialize in Imports and Dirt bike gear. As a Harley owner they dont have a lot of gear for me but I can go in and get general parts like oil filters or lube at a good price.

Great local shop! If they don’t have what you’re looking for they can order it for you and get it pretty quickly.

Great store! They will get anything that is not in stock almost immediately and at better prices than on line.

Store is well stocked with items riders need for maint. Hard parts for break downs. A small variety of used bikes and scooters.

Richard the owner is friendly, trustworthy, guy that knows what hes doing. I highly recommend his shop.

Best shop in the Bay Area!!! Well mannered, respectful, assertive crew with experience in all things moto oriented. Whether you are on 2-wheels, 4-wheels, or you savagely rock an old school 3 wheeler... Theyve got you covered! Well stocked on O.E. oils with excellent knowledge on the science of synthetics, semi-synthetics, and petrol based oils alike. I cant tell you how much I miss this shop and its lovable bunch of moto enthusiasts since I moved to Oregon! If you have an issue, the management will gladly listen and address your concerns with sincerity, as Ive noticed any issue is only a misunderstanding that is easily solved.

The best shop in Santa Cruz no doubt, these guys are awesome! Rich the owner is very accommodating and will work with you on just about anything, him and Jason are very knowledgeable and know bikes inside and out. I had them put a stator in my 2013 ninja 300 and all the basic services. I ask them questions all the time about diy stuff and there always on top of it. Now, there the only place I take my 08 cbr 1000rr. They stock a bunch of riding gear and can also get pretty much any part you need at a fair price.Go Support This Local Business

Very nice people whom got my unusual parts in one day. I needed hard to find EBC brake pads for a BMW K1600 GTL. They were 38.00 instead of 118.00 at the dealer. They were the correct fit and are perfect.

They saved my butt when a buddies oil filter ruptured, leaving us stranded in Santa. They had the filter in stock and waited a few minutes to close until I got there and got the filter.
