Spoke to multiple AC companies this spring to replace our ancient AC unit. All Temp was by far the most professional that we spoke with and we felt very comfortable choosing them. On the day of install the guys were very professional and answered every question I had. The owner even came out in the morning to make sure everything was ready and that I was comfortable. One tech even helped me set up the app for our new thermostat. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left for the day.Unit has been great since we got it. Thought there was a leak shortly after it was installed and they rushed out immediately to make sure everything was ok (turns out it was just some tape falling off on one of the pipes). They also scheduled a follow up visit about a month after to help go over general maintenance tips and clean the unit. Also helped us submit a rebate for the thermostat.Long story short All Temp has gone above and beyond to help two new home owners feel comfortable with the whole process. The customer service has been perfect! Will absolutely recommend them to everyone we know!

Called my regular hvac company in December 2018 when my furnace was not working right after my knee replacement. They told me the earliest appointment was in mid January. After other calls, All Temp came out the next day. Got the furnace fixed and at a reasonable price. Kirk the technician was excellent. I will be calling them for future services.

Had problems with furnace a few weeks ago and had a different company out who got it working for a few days, but a few days later I noticed it was working off and on sometimes burners lit up and heat came out sometimes they didnt and it blew out cold air. Well I wake up this morning to a 50 degree thermostat and I am frozen! I called here because I saw they where open today (Saturday) and my normal repair place wasnt and Mike answered the phone was very nice explained the fee and was here in about a hour! He explained everything perfectly and showed me where my short was and changed the part in about 30 minutes, I could not have been happier with the service or his knowledge! Now my house is 72 and I am happy watching the ND basketball game in a warm house. I recommend them highly and will use them again!

Our furnace and A/c were over 30 years old and terribly inefficient. I got a few quotes and chose All Temp. They installed a system for me 5 years ago in a rental property and was happy with that purchase, so we went with them again. Installation was very professional and we are thrilled with the equipment (so quiet!). No hesitation in recommending All Temp.

Received prompt service on a Sunday that fixed my AC. Although the service fee was high, it was expected on a weekend. But the charge for parts was exorbitant; price for a common 12783 capacitor was 6 times the price for the part over the counter. I call that predatory pricing.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Had issues with the flame sensor; Kirk was at our house the next afternoon and fixed it quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner. All Temp is a must-call for heating and cooling needs.

Terrible customer service. Called for a no heat call at one of my rentals and was told that they cant verify payment for new customers so they couldnt service my property. How ridiculous is that?!
