Today I place a call to Jason at Acme explained my disappointment in the original cooler brought out to me. He immediately said he needed to send us out a new cooler which I just received. He was also willing to look into changing a couple of steps his employees might be able to change to make customer satisfaction better. I had troubles with my reverse osmosis for a very long time. Water flow or lack of flow was very inconsistent so i called Acme Water. They came out the next day showed me what was wrong, fixed it and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I contacted multiple companys and we got only Acme Water responded to our call. Thank you for coming out so quick before my daughters party. I will be calling you for a water softener salt delivery next month.

The water taste great and the delivery service is on time with courtesy and professionalism. I love Acme water!!! The convenience of walking up to the cooler and choosing to either have a super cold glass of great tasting water or really hot water to make a bowl of instant oatmeal, tea, ramen noodles, and many different drink mixes (hot or cold) is what I love most about having it delivered on a schedule I choose. Very convenient to make the babys bottles with also!!!

I was schlepping home 4+ cases of water per month from Costco when I saw the ad for free water delivery. Boyfriend was skeptical because he is very picky about what brands of bottled water he will drink. We are both very happy with the water quality and timely delivery.
