The quality of products and customer service was great when it came to my shopping experience.

Just left there. I applied for the target red card. Well when i tried using the temporary at u scan and at another register ran by ANTIONETTE she wasnt doing something correct and basically I left the store being told its wifi problems ..My daughter has school pics tomorrow in Indianapolis and i needed this transaction to go thru. Adam the manager suggested I call red card services and i did, red card said try another register. So as i go back in to grab the outfit ANTIONETTE called security and the manager on me like i was tryin to steal something. Anyways Adam the manager took me up to the front desk and jennifer assisted me and guess what?? THE TRANSACTION WENT THRU.. THANKs TO JENNIFER AT GUEST SERVICES AND ADAM for straightening this out..

I love me some Target! Although some things might be pricey, you can find good deals and sometimes some good stuff on clearance too. Friendly staff and cleanliness through out the store.

The barista at Starbucks who “earned her apron” was very defensive and rude when I asked about why the PCCB was completely orange. They did not change their formula as she tried telling me, every other Starbucks has it made it exactly as the photo. Second time I’ve had an issue like this at this location. Rather wait in the long line or just give my business to Martin’s who’ve always been polite.

I had a rough shopping experience for the 2nd time in this season. I went to seek help from an employee and was not able to receive it. I was looking for an item was told they would go find an associate for me and never returned. I am tired of the terrible customer service at this particular store. I even went to Starbucks and the barista had a bad attitude. Bah hum bug

I dont usually order online for pick up, but, after today, I definitely will. Our wait was about 30 seconds and we were in & out in under 5 minutes. Wow, just wow! Great customer service!

A new favorite Target location! Clean, well organized, and updated; so much better than the Goshen Target. I wish all of Indiana Targets had the tablet price scanners. I was able to check whether an item was in stock, how many were on the floor, how many were “in back”, and if other area Targets had the item in stock. I love being able to check for myself and not have to flag down an associate.The kiosk scanners around the store were more accurate than my IPhone app scanner. My app scanner listed an item for $23 and the in store scanner listed it at $14.99, which was the correct price.

Im generally not a huge Target fan, but this one is really nice. Always have a good selection, and I enjoy browsing some of the more unusual gift items they usually have in stock. Staff is generally very friendly too. I enjoy visiting the Starbucks on my way out occasionally.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Due to health issues I cant wear a mask and was harassed until I left the store. If you have health issues like asthma or even pregnancy do not come to this target! Theyll kick you right out. You should not be forced to suffer due to previously underlying health conditions.

I had to wait quite a while for my online/pickup order. They couldnt find it. It would have been faster to just go in and shop for the items. I used the online ordering to save time. Items were in great condition. Missing one small item, but I did have a large order. Associate looked stressed, so I didnt bother with the $1 item missing.

I love Target in general, just not this location. Returned an item I ordered online around Christmas time, with receipt & everything, but she would not let me return to my original tender. I didn’t even have it for a week. Normally when I make a return, I was ALWAYS told, “the money will be refunded to your target RED card”. Never had an issue until it came down to my last return. Manager only gave me the option to refund on a gift card. But I had the original tender & receipt. So I was forced to return $300 on a gift card, basically forcing me to use that $$$ there only. This was originally a gift but had to return due to it not working properly. We didn’t want to make an exchange either because the product we wanted instead, Target does not offer it. At the end, what she did couldn’t be reversed or voided. Like I said I love Target but the manager really screwed me over.

The treatment I had with customer service

Dont ask this store to hold anything for you!! I called at 11p and asked the lady in electronics to hold a blue/red Nintendo switch for me, so I could pick it up the following day after work. I live 45 minutes away from this store, and drove an additional 30 minutes there after work, only to be told there was nothing being held for me. I came well BEFORE the 24 hour hold would have expired. This situation created immense inconvenience for us, and nothing was done to correct the situation. The man in electronics at least looked various places, but I was never directed to a manager or anything. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!

The store is clean and well organized. Employees are extraordinary with helping customers find what they need. This store is not quite a Super Target but employees make you feel super! I hope Target sees fit to expand this store to include a better grocery department.

I found everything I came for. I used the self checkout, but needed the assistance of the associate assigned to the checkout area. Thank goodness, it wasnt a busy time!

This place is so unprofessional. The managers yell at their own workers right in front of the customers. That is not how things should be done! Oh and the music, it is just horrible. They play the same thing everyday and is so annoying and distracting. I can’t even do my shopping without being annoyed by that music. Please fix it! Change the playlist or something!!!

Convenient. Affordable. I love the availability of cartwheel and red card. However, they need to offer more inventory similar to super target in Mishawaka. They need to renovate and make this location a Super Target so that people are not leaving their neighborhood 30 minutes away for better selections and more variety. In fact sale prices are higher here than at the Super Target.

Easy to find what I am looking for!

This location is always neat and clean. It is always really easy to find things and the employees are always asking if you need help finding things. They are even willing to call other locations to see if they have a product if the store is out of it. This store actually knows the meaning of good customer service and I appreciate that.

Stopped here with friend to get her a flash drive. Much better selection and cheaper than nearby Staples. Store seemed pretty big with wide aisles. The person in tech/computers took us to the aisle with flash drives.We used the self checkout. In and out quickly

Got my drink here and they barely put any coffee or cream in my drink whole thing filled with ice and over charged me a $1 for it what a rip off. like legit the whole entire cup is ice. i took 5 sips and the drink was gone.

The store is always clean when I am in there and well stocked.I have not had any issues with there not being enough cashier staff.I always have a nice shopping environment.

So here I am trying to buy something quick and easy to eat for a meal. Whats the first thing that pops into my mind, pizza rolls. So I buy them without checking the expiration date, big mistake by me. They expired back in April! What kind of store is this?! Do they only get food thats old. If you check the yogurts they usually are expired as well, pretty much ant dairy product. It looks like Ill be shopping at walmart more often now smh

It was recently remodeled. The store looks like a department store with bargain prices. Merchandise looks upscale.

Good variety of products at good prices. Using their Red Card and getting 5% off everything is pretty awesome. If only I could keep my wife from spending half our income here.

Went there for my sisters birthday present, as I was in the checkout line to lady told me to move back I was practicing distancing from people but she then proceeded to touch me and push me back.

Because I still had service in the store. I get so tired of going into a large store and loosing all cell service. Its nice to finally find a store where I can shop deals online while my wife wanders aimlessly around looking for her new favorite find. Sometimes I wonder why she drags me along, we always get separated and then I feel like a lost puppy looking for her. Needless to say I usually get Starbucks when Im there. Check this store out its great.

I visited this store today. I wanted to do two separate transactions...mine and one for my mom. For myself, I was buying two sets of Tresseme shampoo and conditioner. My mom wanted 4 bottles Dove 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner. After ringing up my items, a front end manager named Kathy stopped my cashier and said I could not do two transactions because I was using coupons. I was only using 2 on my order, and my mom gave me two for her order. I was using my debit card to pay mine, and cash for my moms, so I did not want to pay for them together, plus it was the principle behind the matter. I should be able to go to the store for my mom if necessary, without any hassle. I will not be returning to this location again.

I waited over 10 minutes in the drive up with screaming children and was never service. The most important reason for the score that I selected was the way that I was treated by a store associate today. I am extremely satisfied beyond satisfied with the help that I received today. I did not know the employees name but it was a female who was working in the cosmetics department at around 4:30ish. She was super nice and patient. I asked her if it was possible to try on a foundation before I made a purchase and she was totally for it! She helped me find the right shade for my skin tone and told me that I could always return it before 90 days. I ended up purchasing a Milani 2 in 1 foundation and even though she said that she wasnt sure if the foundation was good, she did say that the brand was a good one. She also answered every single question that I had about makeup and she was super knowledgeable, more knowledgeable than any ULTA associate. She dedicated her time to me and helped me find what I was looking for. I am super happy and will be returning to Target on Ireland Road for all of my cosmetics needs, I simply love Target and enjoy coming here on a regular basis. Thank you for employing such a wonderful staff member! Not only is it convenient to have a Target in South Bend, but it is also convenient to have knowledgeable store associates that can help you with all of your basic beauty needs.
