Received an email about a birthday reward. Went in at 9 a.m. to get the breakfast sandwich, the farmhouse with 1 egg. Even though they were busy the service was quick and courteous. They have over 20 kinds of bagels, which is wild. Will try coffee next time because it smelled awesome

For being a first-time visitor to this establishment I am none too please Im far from impressed with their service this morning. I sat in their drive-through 15 minutes waiting to order only for them to be out of the bagel that I originally ordered so I order something different then I sit in drive-through for another 20 minutes only to get to the window for them to tell me they just sold out of that item that I ordered 20 minutes ago. Im not impressed I do not recommend this place.

OMG!! The cinnamon sugar bagel with honey almond schmear is the BEST! Along with the milk chocolate iced mocha, you cannot go wrong!

Best bagel shop in town. Service was fairly quick. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Try the applewood bacon sandwich on a asiago bagel. If choosing a breakfast bagel do 2 eggs fills out the sandwich better. I recommend this restaurant.

The staff was quite helpful and friendly! My bagel was great I loved all the options and even though it was 10:30am they still had plenty of everything. Other places run out of bagels quickly sometimes. The bathroom did need to be cleaned up a bit but everything else there was wonderful. Its seemed like a peaceful setting inside although I got my bagel to-go there were people on their computers who looked relaxed.

Service was good. Looked like there was only one person working when we first got in. She was the host as well as server. There wasnt a long wait for food either. Food tasted and looked great!Soft drinks are refillable. There is a large variety of food to choose from. The menu was more than 5 pages long. They have dinner options, breakfast options, gluten free options etc. They also have a special where kids eat free.

I love Einstein Bro Bagels, but this particular one is horrible. Everytime we come they mess up our order. Not just slightly, but in a way that I dont understand how they came to the conclusion. We go up to the window, they hand us lemonade we didnt order that, so they find our order, half of it is there. Everytime, how hard is this?

Food was good but the restaurant was absolutely freezing the whole time. Our whole group was very cold. Also the wait time was 20+minutes which is unacceptable

I ordered a lox sanwmdwich too many tomatoes made the bagel soggy, and there was very little smoked salmon and cream cheese. Also bagel was cold, coffee was good

During the times I go in the line is very minimal. During other hours it could be much busier. They have a large bagel selection, unfortunately Ive been there times when the everything bagels have been sold out, they are my favorite. So Ive learned I must show up earlier to Make sure theyre available.

Walked in and ordered our two bagel sandwiches. Waited 20 mins and still didn’t have our bagels so we asked how much longer it might be. After that I noticed they JUST grabbed the bagels we ordered out of the bin. Two people who came after us were served before us. Absolutely terrible service.

Tons of choices. Delicious and open early

This entire summer I have come here to get a chocolate chip bagel and every time they don’t have them and tell me they aren’t making anymore. It wasn’t even 11:30 and they were out. If they’re open until 6pm they should have all bagel flavors at 11:30am.

They are the greatest. I live 40 minutes from there and willing drive to get them. If you call 45 to 60 minutes ahead they will have them ready for you. Ask for extra plastic bags because they are excellent to freeze until your next trip.

They gave my order to someone else nd they didnt have any more

Favorite place before work

I had never been here before, but the food is so good. The All Nighter is the best breakfast sandwich. The prices are fair enough too. I highly recommend this place.

I bought a chai tea with almond milk on Saturday and it was disgusting. Its something that Ive had many times from this place before so, I dont know what happened that day. The spinach and egg bagel I had was good though.

They have a good selection of pretty tasty bagels and sandwiches.

We love this place. Its a great alternative to our usual coffee stop. There is a drive through as well as dine in option. The menu selection is diverse, the food great quality. My favorite is the Nova Lox bagel, served toasted, open faced with soread, lettuce, tomato and onion. Delicious!

I thought that this would be a place where you could get homemade Bagels but this is not the case I was so very disappointed wont be going again

Would love to try them. I have been by 3 times close to 630 am. People inside but not paying attention to drive thru. Posted hours say 6-6. Guess the morning person is not a morning person.

I visit here regularly to pick up a bagel for me, often Im picking up a big order for work. The food is always fresh and the staff are nice and efficient. (And the berry smoothie is a nice pick-me-up.)

Einstein Brothers is now my favorite quick breakfast and coffee shop! I dont normally give five stars to places like this but the place is better than any other drive-through breakfast place, plus the coffee is better than Seattles Best and Starbucks. They use Caribou Coffee and its been one of my favorite mass-production coffee roasters for years. Finally, the place is always packed when I go there and they are faster than Starbucks too, so 5-stars because its the best of its competitors... so far.

Took my 10 year old picky eater son in after a swim meet in February.They were dead and getting ready to close. Staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome.Bagels were delicious and service was wonderful!My son still says it is his favorite place to go...we have not been able to go back, they are closed when we drive by.I now know their hours and am making a trip this week to surprise him.:)

We used to have Einsteins near us but now we drive here to get the best freshest bagels. So good nough said.

The service was very slow we were the only people in line it took them about 3 minutes to acknowledge our presence. We ordered to bagels and coffee and waited about 10 minutes for the to bagels and coffee

The bagels are very good, but I got double charged and live too far away to go back to get it taken care of. Bummer.

Good. Bring your wallet. I got 2 waters, large coffee and bare claw. Cost me $11. 35. To me its alot. Its clean and has alot of bagels. Coffee was excellent. My husband loved his bare claw. So try it.

Decent bagels and cream cheese. Overpriced, but that seems typical for many fast food bagel chains. Espicially one so close to Notre Dame where most restaurants cater to a wealthier clientele. In comparison, Studebagels is just down the street, not a chain, better bagels, but also pricey for a simple bagel. The service is ok when the staff are not too busy on their cell phones. This location looks closed all the time. Not sure if it is the lack of cars in the parking lot and drive-thru, poor exterior lighting or the many other options in this area that make this place appear vacant. My last visit I ended up with a hard, stale bagel with cream cheese that tasted old. I do not plan to return.

Very pleasent workers. There was an error on the order and they were able to make it right promptly. Issue was a system error, hopefully they can get the sustem updated to accept rewards correctly, or offer them differently.
