A good place to come to if you need help in designing or crafting items. They have everything from buttons to fabrics. I dont come here a lot but when I do I like to look around at everything, the variety of things they have are items that become very helpful in the future.

I was looking for a specific item and the store associate was pleasant, helpful and offered suggestions/alternatives when they didnt have exactly what I needed. Store clean and well organized. Checkout clerk was very nice and efficient and made a point to sanitize the counter area after each guest. Social distancing messaging in place and clearly marked throughout the store.

Ladies!!!! Please pay attention to the customer on front of you!!!!! I was browsing the pattern catalogs and unfortunately had to overhear 2 associates at the cutting table area complaining about hours. Nonstop. I finally got tired of it and proceeded to have my fabric cut; the associates continued their discussion about hours, other associates, etc. I had to repeat several times what I wanted as the lady was too engrossed in discussion with other associate. No acknowledgement to ME whatsoever!!! Hello????Then at the checkout register the SAME associate(Kathy)

Had alot of different stuff in there and what we needed went there for our baby wats soon to be here for decorations etc for his room and found stuff

Came here to help my mom out with finding a sewing kit. Store was clean and easy to navigate, and the staff and cashiers were very kind and welcoming! Theres also a large selection of craft and sewing items from what Ive seen, though I havent looked around the store that much. Definitely coming back for that, though!

Just left the store after asking where something was and not being helped to find it. First employee asked on their headphone system and no one answered them so they told me to go to the cutting table and ask there. I was pointed in the direction where they thought it might be and that was it. I looked up and down a few aisles and got frustrated because the lady who pointed me in the direction had escorted another couple exactly to where they needed to go. I left the store and on the way out the original first employee asked if I found it. I told her no and what had happened. Instead of offering more help she said “OK have a nice day.”There are plenty of places to shop for craft supplies. I won’t be going back to this JoAnn. One day, JoAnn’s won’t be in business anymore and they will only have themselves to blame for that. I’ll order my supplies online from somewhere else, thank you.

Got 12.5 yards by 5ft. of fabric for a good price. Sales staff was very helpful and friendly.

Overpriced fabrics and extreme lack of product. We all know online shopping is crippling businesses like Joann Fabrics. But they never have what I need. Maybe they do for other customers. This is just my personal opinion. Take it or leave it.

I have been shopping here for some time and always had great experiences until this past week.I wanted to knit a blanket for my moms birthday so I popped in on Sunday and bought some yarn that was on clearance.I figured out that the yarn actually wasnt what I needed, my fault since I didnt research it well enough, but we all make mistakes right? I went back Monday and tried to return the yarn so I could buy my mom another present instead.The cashier was very sweet and kindly told me that she could not take it back since it was marked down to clearance.I explained to her that I had never heard of that, and that I wanted to speak to a manager because she told me she couldnt help me.This was like a drawn out conversatuon with back and forth so I honestly didnt have a choice at this point.There was a manager who came up to check another customer out and her name was Kathy.The young lady asked Kathy to help, she didnt even look at me, just shook her head and said we dont take back clearance.The cashier calls another manager, she is obviously just wanting someone who can speak to me personally as this is all above her pay grade. Another manager comes, didnt catch her name, and she explains to me that they dont take back clearance because its clearance.I asked her if this was a policy and she said that it was, she also said it was posted in the area I bought the yarn from.I asked her to show me this because surely I would have thought twice about buying something I couldnt return.Said manager goes back to find the sign that obviously did not exist as she came back shortly empty handed.Kathy now gets involved and is doing something on her phone or a device that connects to the internet?I think she was searching to see if the policy was on the website because I asked about it myself and found out through my own search that it was not.I really just wanted to see this policy which did not exist outside of the minds of these employees.The other manager says we dont take clearance back as if this is a normal thing and I am the last person in the universe to learn this.I keep asking them to please take this back as I cant use it, I just bought it the day before, I am a good customer who always comes in and causes no issues.I am a rule follower and I expect them to be as well.They do not budge and finally break down to me that they cant take clearance items back due to the general managers rules.I asked if it was a store policy all over or just that managers and they told me all over which was all lies.Well I ended up leaving and calling two JoAnns who tell me they do take back clearance and that its not a policy not to.I drove all the way to a store that was further out of the way because of a general managers desire to not have clearance at that store because they have no where to put it I was told.Keep in mind they could have put it right back where I got it from the day before.Oh yes I cant also forget that Kathy was shaking her head at me like I was a misbehaving child all the while talking to me about how they dont take back clearance as if I knew this already.I did tell her to not shake her head at me because I didnt know, and have never heard of this, in retrospect because it doesnt even exist.I just cant even at this point.If you have a receipt handy at this time flip it over and read the back for a good laugh.If you do not Ill help you out as it says that they take back anything at any time, no issues basically.Hmmmm sounds about right.I wont go back because the way the situation was handled was horrendous.I never ever complain as I have been in this industry working myself before but this story needed to be told.Buyer beware if you buy clearance.

The employees cut the fabric way too fast when I got home I noticed everything I bought was uneven. I rather go to joann in Mishawaka where they actually take their time

Owners, little businesss are in huge trouble today! Your paid employees should be catering to patrons because you are one click away from being forever shut down by Amazon.I went in to the store last week to get hemming tape. I questioned the clerk at the cutting table who was extremely unfriendly and gave me zero advice. When I went to pay I found out I had the wrong tape so I didnt purchase. I think I can purchase it at Walmart?

Horrible service was told I needed a face mask when I was already inside the store and was kicked out, the person that let me in didn’t even say anything until someone inside made a comment about it. They didn’t even have what I needed and it’s overpriced. I will make sure to take my business elsewhere.

I haven’t been to this store in years, even though we live closer to this one than the one on Grape. My hubs and I made a late, last minute trip on a Saturday night. We were greeted by a smiling employee and checked out with the same sweet girl. Her name was Jill. We appreciated the great service and warm smile. You don’t see that often these days. Just wanted to give her a THANK YOU! We will be returning to this store very soon! (Probably sooner than my husband would like to go!😉)

Called ahead for specific ribbon...clerk pulled some and set aside for me. When I went to pick up...selection she picked was spot on...AND SAVED A BUNDLE OF $$$ on other items I picked out while I was there!!! Went back a couple hours later to buy more stuff!!!

OMG I just love this place .even though some items are very expensive you always have a coupon to use and it makes your items less expensive. Friendly people who work there the place is always clean and I just love it. I buy most of my jewelry supplies there amongst other things

This place is just great! They have so much stuff I could get lost for a while. I bought some stick on eyes and put them on the milk ik n the fridge and drew a face because, why not! Its just something fun to do. I also bought a bird house for my daughter to paint, she loved it!

Love fabric and products they carry. Cant stand that their coupons are ALL ABOUT bait and switch. So much fine print; I need a translator to interpret. I rarely come away feeling honored. Instead I feel manipulated. I would rather dispense with all of that.

Solid, dependable, consistent. It is the only fabric store in town that also sells notions, thread, patterns, the full line. If I were a crafter or quilter, Id give it more stars. For those making apparel, though, their selection is very limited.

Today was my first time visiting this store, I have to say, I loved it! The employees are very friendly and very helpful I went there looking for something particular and there were like 3 or 4 employees helping me look and they found the item I was looking for. oh and also the store is way bigger than the one Im used to and it was very clean. definitely recommend this store.

My wife waited in line for 20 minutes,with a 2 yr old to sign my daughter up for a sewing class to go with the new sewing machine we had bought her for Christmas from JoAnn Fabric. The lady at the register refused to ring her up and help her because there were other people in line.... after my wife waited over 20 minutes in that line for her turn. Other customers commented how ridiculous it was that the employee would not help my wife, who left the store discouraged and in tears... awful customer service...UPDATE.... manger reached out and was great, understanding and did a great job resolving the issue.

This place is super expensive in my opinion however a cashier was nice enough to take the time to tell me about coupons online she let me stand there and download the app while she waited on other customers and then waited on me when I was ready with coupons. Excellent employees!!!!

Most things to me here are to expensive, can get cheaper at hobby lobby and they have so much more there to and awesome sales and usually have a 40% off a regular item. Sorry joann but even your things marked clearance arent to much of a clearance price!

There is a wide variety of material and sewing, quilting and knitting supplies with no end to deals, discounts and coupons. Very customer friendly, helpful.Also, love the classes for just starting out with things (painting, knitting, quilting)They need a larger variety of yarn and higher quality sewing machines and should let you try before buy and offer free classes with the sewing machines.

Great selection of fabrics very helpful staff as far as crafting merchandise goes its a little on the light side hobby lobby would be a better choice for crafting but overall good store

I like this JOANN Fabrics better than the one in Plymouth. It has more, and the staff is a lot more friendly and helpful.

You could spend hours literally in this store.. we needed a new liner for our vehicle and called around for prices. Which to have someone else do it would have been an arm and a leg. So we decided to do it ourselves. Found the appropriate material for our project at JoAnn Fabrics. Their staff are noliagable about the products in the store.

Im from California and flew to South bend and had just what I needed so much stuff in there and I wish I could have stayed longer to look around but literally wall the walls different craft making materials and all kinds of stuff definitely worth a look
