The person on the phone was so kind and helpful even though I called at the last minute. They totally understood what I wanted, something attention catching for my mom celebrating her 91st birthday in a nursing home. My mom loves frogs and they created balloon frogs, plus a flashy bouquet that brought everyone down to her room to check it out. She was beyond thrilled with it. Thank you so much. Such a perfect gift for someone who does not need or want gifts. (Plus my mom is not a fan of flowers.) It is so hard to find the right thing for my mom and you helped me send her the PERFECT gift.
