This year, the City of Mishawaka and Mishawaka Utilities hosted the 7th annual IMEA Lineworkers Rodeo in our Central Park. It is an event where municipal lineworkers from all over the state of Indiana showcase their skills in a competitive setting.We partnered with Fastsigns in South Bend to have them make up banners and signs for the event. Every item had to be custom made, and the finished products were highest quality and looked fantastic. Even though we started planning well before the rodeo, there were still a number of last minute requests that we had to make. Emily, Carolyn, Marcy and the rest of their staff took it all in stride and got us everything we needed to help make the event a huge success. I needed a large banner. I designed it myself but couldn’t make it into the right format. Fast Signs converted it to the proper format and made a perfect banner for me in less time than I expected. Their the best!!!

I asked them if they could have a few yard signs ready for me in a day or two, and they did! They knew I had a deadline, so they were even kind enough to call me a couple times in order to reach me. Everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly.Also pricing is good, its about the same as what you would pay another retailer online, but Fastsigns pick up is cheaper since it doesnt have shipping.

Nice ladies on the phone but terrible service. I called last week and was told the procedure and how long it would take (which was the middle of next week) I then called this past Monday and went over what I needed to do (uploaded my logo for the sign) I was told it was received, I will have a proof to look over on Wednesday, and if I gave ok it would be worked on Thursday. I heard from nobody. I just called again today (Friday) I was put on hold for 10 minutes then was asked what company I was with again it was crazy busy there. Then after being asked 4 more questions about the order I told them to forget it I am frustrated with this whole situation now and going elsewhere. Both Ladies I spoke to on the phone were very nice which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the poor service I received. This doesnt appear to be the norm based on prior ratings but for me it was poor.

FAST SIGNS took hand sketched logo designs and turned them into professionally sound designs that in turn were used to print on car window decals and yard signs to support and promote the Marian Highschool Mishawaka Indiana Knights soccer team. Their flexibility and capability to promote individual players names and uniform numbers was also an incredible feature to their provided service. Thanks for your support two years in a row!! Be warned this is the worst company ever Ive dealt with, these days where customer service should be at a premium and you will not receive it here! They will never call you back never follow up its like they just dont care be warned stay away from this company. Staff is very friendly, prompt in email correspondence. Signs are very well-made, professional and have no minimum order.

I have waited for over two weeks to have parking passes and called Marcy to find out they still are not ordered.

Very slow and never called me back for my order. If it is not large enough they do not respect you as a customer. I felt very belittled. I will never return and I am a small business owner.

Always very friendly and they help get last minute projects and ideas completed by the time they are needed.
