Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They seem to care about their customers and their experience in the store and online, which is a rarity these days.

The girls there were very knowledgeable about coloring hair and helped us choose the correct products.

Truly would rather shop on Amazon they are high-priced and its hard-to-find certain items so I end up ordering offline anyways but when you need something right away for Hair Skin and nails Sallys is an option

Stopped by the store trying to find a specific hair brush and the associate working here was so helpful. She knew exactly what I was talking about and was even able to tell me what the different size brushes were used for. Which was super nice because I would have bought the wrong size brush.

I went in with my daughter and were watched the entire time. The staff at both local locations are always extremely friendly, but they watch you like youre stealing the entire time and are not good at hiding it. I feel like it has to be what they are trained to do, because its everyone, every time, every location. My daughter and I certainly dont look suspicious unless youre judging the color of my skin. I love Sallys but I fear I will start to shop online because of the way I am consistently made to feel. I just spent like 50 bucks on nail polish... the same as always. Back away, please. Thanks.
