My dad needed a new mattress and wanted memory foam so I found the Sleepys Curve 12 on their website. I could have had it shipped to my door but dad wanted to lay on it before buying so we went to their showroom to see if they had one on the floor. They had a queen-size and the friendly salesman showed us the mattress and was very helpful in answering any questions dad had. They had his size in stock so we bought it on the spot. The salesman even helped us load it into our vehicle. Very impressed with the mattress and the customer service. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

We had an excellent sales experience with Taylor, who allowed us to try several mattresses within our price point without pushing us to spend more or get someone we didnt want. He was extremely knowledgeable, but the experience never felt overly salesy, which we appreciated after visiting a local competitor. Wed originally planned to purchase the Purple mattress & base online, but because Mattress Firm matched all online prices AND extended our return window to 120 days instead of the online 100-day option, we went ahead and purchased everything from the local store. We couldnt be happier with our sales experience and are looking forward to getting our new bed in a week!

Jonathan was tremendously helpful and provided tremendous information on the various products. We bundled a bed adjustable base pillows and mattress pad!

The salesman was very nice and dressed clean. The store is so clean too. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely going to recommend this place to friends and family. Purchased a queen size metal box spring and frame under $300.

I had a worst experience of my lifetime with them. I am a back patient and I was told to buy a mattress which in their opinion was really good. I was given three days to try to get a full refund. I couldn’t sleep for even one night. When I tried to return they said I should try for 3 months for my body to get adjusted. How can I try for 3 months when trial period given was just 3 days. Their behavior was totally changed at the time of return. The sales person tried to convince that they know better than a chiropractor as they are in business for a long time. That was the worst customer service I have had. I felt like they discriminated because of my race.I would NEVER recommend to buy a mattress here. All they want is to sell a mattress without thinking about customer needs.

We did not have good experience while returning the mattress. It was very unpleasant customer service. They did not offer acceptable return service. We felt like being ignorant and were told to keep the mattress ourselves by carrying the trolley from the desk and keep it in the back.I would not recommend this store to my friends and family.

Great service, affordable prices and great mattresses

Before going into Mattress Firm on Ireland Road, I told my husband that I didnt want some pushy salesperson following us around, trying to sell us a bunch of things that we couldnt afford. However, when we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Stephanie. We explained what we needed, and began to walk around looking at all of the mattresses in our price range, with Stephanie showing us all of the features of the different beds. We settled on one, and ran our credit and went through with the purchase, after which we preceded to stand there with Stephanie for a good amount of time, (there was no one else in the store), chatting, and, for lack of a better term, hanging out. It seems we have quite a bit in common lol. She did her job well, giving us all necessary facts to make an informed decision, and I never once felt like she was a salesperson. Thank you for your wonderful service and I cannot wait for our new bed to arrive tomorrow! :)

Initially when my husband and I stepped into the store, we were the only ones so we were immediately approached. I do love our new mattress, couldn’t be happier with it. But I was talked into a expensive mattress that cover that we absolutely HATE. I expressed my concerns in what I don’t like about covers and I was assured this one was different, it’s not. The sheets won’t stay on the bed with it on, when you roll over, you slide around and the sheets come with you. We took it off the bed and now it’s folded up to never be used again. Wasted hundreds of dollars on that thing. Mattress is great. Just don’t appreciate what I wasted on the cover ;)
