Upgraded speakers and receiver in my Mazda6. Installation is flawless. Looks better than the factory unit. Wires tucked away nicely. Super clean. Everything works as expected and sounds fantastic.

They took very good care of me, listened to all my complaints. We made an appointment, I showed up and they quickly brought my truck in. They fixed everything perfectly! Flawless and totally clean install of remote starter on two vehicles. Waiting on part to install a USB port in upper console in my tacoma. Based on the remote starter installs, I have every reason to expect that install will look perfect and work as good as it looks. Prices are very reasonable too, especially given the level of professionalism for the install. Go with them and you will be happy! Sean, the primary installer is one of the very best at this anywhere.

These guys bend over backwards to help. Giving $100 pair of speakers for $50, and then helping you install them for free because you cant afford to pay for quality installation! And honor the warranty with a simple appointment! Not at ALL unreasonable, as they ARE busy at times.

I had an issue with a stereo that was installed by another business. Even though they said they were able to make all my steering controls work for the stereo I purchased. They were unable to. I called around and out of all the places I called, Audio Specialist seemed the most interested in fixing my problem. Charles, the representative I worked with, was super helpful. They fixed my issue no problem.

Staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. went out of his way to take a look at my vehicle and answer my question in a helpful and meaningful way.

They did a good job on my car stereo but they didnt put everything in the box into my car. So I had to set up another appointment and pay for labor a second time. It was a good experience overall, though. They knew what they were doing but I didnt like having to pay for labor again. I would still recommend this place to others.

Was one of the worsted experiences I ever witnessed. I spent good money 💰 for lousy service. It should’ve been a two day installation which turned into a 4 day installation. After getting my vehicle back I noticed that the alarm was not working and carpet was not attached back to the floor like it was when dropped off. Manager Jake is very rude and definitely not a people person yet alone lacks having customer service. I went in today to have the items fixed and at the same time witnessed Jake the manager get so frustrated with me complaining he handed over the keys to the owner and said I quit. The owner Bruno agreed with me in knowing his manager Jake is definitely rough around the edges. Then after the owner received the keys from Jake he chases after him inside the store to beg him not to leave. A few minutes later the owner Bruno comes outside and tells me that he is losing his business today because of me complaining of the job that was done. The installer Nick was the only one with any customer service there and apologized for what I experienced today. Nick fixed the carpet and alarm and I think he should get a raise because he does have the skills to make sure the customer is satisfied. To the owner Bruno if you are going to lose your business because of one person I don’t think you have much of a business in the first place. I believe if you put a new manager in there with a customer friendly attitude and knows how to make people feel like they are important along with their business counts for something I believe may watch your revenue increase. Also hire another installer and quit working Nick so hard and then the manager won’t have to lie to customers on why it’s taking so long to get there vehicle done. Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money Here!

I dont normally do reviews but audio specialist are exactly that.... They custom built in dash radio for my truck did an awesome job!!! No complaints will be back!

Great service! They answered all the questions I had and installed a new stereo in about an hour. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how well the installation was completed.I will definitely recommend them and get all my stereo equipment from them from now on.

Update : Sales rep I spoke with retaliated by sending me a facebook message request along with a snooty message after I submitted this review just so he could have the last word. Additionally he posts review glorifying a service that was not offered.:: Would not do business with ::Purchased $100 pair of Focal 4. One of them started rattling about 3 months into use. I play mostly Zen meditative or gentle music. When I went to have someone look and tell me why it was doing that, they refused to help saying they didnt install them when they did. The sales rep offered to install them as part of the purchase bundle. He then asked me to bring in the speaker so they could test it. I dont carry a screwdriver like that in the car so i asked if I could borrow one to remove the speaker and bring it in. They said they dont have tools to do that and acted like they didnt want to have anything to do with me. On all I felt like I really wasnt given basic courtesy.

Staff was knowledgeable and helped me pick out a system. Good guys there! Selection on there showroom is limited though.

Love the store. Been going for around four years now. Weds has hooked up about four of my cars. Aaron has fixed many minor audio difficulties. Alex gutted a whole car for me for free instead of charging 50$. They have always been good to me and honest. Yes, the prices are high, but who wants to work for free? And the work they do, and product they use are well worth the money.

Helpful staff. Not worried about selling you something you dont need. Were very knowledgeable.

I called Audio Specialists on Monday and spoke with one of the sales representatives about installing an amplifier in my 2015 Jeep Renegade. We went over what I wanted done. I wanted a 4 channel amp installed powering 2 6x9 front door speakers and bridged to power a small 10 woofer. It was suggested that I use a separate amplifier for my subwoofer. I was quoted $265 for the install.I went and purchased a second amplifier to power only the subwoofer. I showed up to my appointment and wanted to speak with the technician and go over with him where Id like the amps installed. He noticed there were 2 amps and he seemed upset. About that time the salesman came out and the technician questioned why there were too amps I tried to explain why and the technician became more agitated and frustrated and said to the salesman you said this would be a 2-3 hour job but this will take all day. I then spoke up and said I could install the second amp as long as a power block was there Id just run off of it. I was told that would void The warranty.It had become evident that the installer wasnt interested in performing the work and the salesman had a accusatory tone. At this point I said if you guys arent interested in doing the work I can go elsewhere. At that point they both turned away and started to walk back inside and sarcastically said you have a good day sir.I couldnt believe this is how I was treated. I obviously cant recommend this company after this. I just wanted people to be aware of how I was treated this whole interaction.I drove 2 hours to get there.
