I needed carpet in a hurry. I was selling my home. I called multiple companies. Due to covid I would have to wait a month. This company provided me with an install of carpet for a 1600 sq ft home with in a week. The carpet install was beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

Be very careful with Carpet Service Outlet. It was the worst carpet installation Ive ever had. They will NOT stand behind their bad installation! You will call and call and call and Vickie will not return your calls. When you finally get her she wont stand behind her installers and product. I would recommend going to Lowes. They at least stand behind their products and installers.

Quick, honest estimate. Fit me into their schedule, when they learned the job was fairly urgent. And the install crew was quick, kind, and polite, and they looked to save me a buck here and there where they could. Would definitely recommend.

I used this firm when I built an insurance office in 1989. The result was great as she located small lots of carpet tiles at half the price of normal.I am in process of selling my home and contacted Vicky at suggestion of realtor. Again this was a great idea as she suggested ceramic tile instead of vinyl and arranged for wonderful installation. we could not be more pleased. The carpet for rest of house is not even installed and yet we have an interested buyer. Her ideas and products are great and affordable.

First time walking in and one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a long time, which made me write this post. I didnt get a hello or any kind of greeting upon entering and when she did see me, she had the most incredulous look on her face the entire time I was there, all of three minutes if that. I looked around, and she let me know I would need to have the product ordered and said it as if it wouldve been a problem or an issue. From there she referred me to another business. There was a tone of hostility and just general annoyance, right off the bat. Im sharing my experience as this is someone working with the public, and it was completely unwarranted, and uncalled for.

I had a great experience with my carpet installation from Carpet Service Outlet! The owner actually came to my house to measure and give an estimate and she was so patient with us as we selected our color, style and padding. She has been in business for 30 years and I can see why!
