Bought a Grav bowl from them, went home and decided to look up the bowl online. Found it for $17 on the Grav website and was charged $40 at their store. I called to ask if I could bring it back (it had only been an hour after purchasing) and was told no. They could’ve at least offered to honor the online price. Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received.

Picked up an item today after a long third shift. When I got home, I noticed a crack in what I purchased. I returned with the item to a little bit a resistance from the clerk. I have spent over a decade in retail/ customer service, so I can appreciate his position. The clerk understood the situation and got me a replacement product. I am very pleased with the service and understanding provided. Will definitely be back.

Hub and I moved here a few months ago and found this place. Absolutely love it. The guys are very nice and helpful with mods, vapes, juices etc.. Now its to the point where we walk in and they instantly know our juices and coils without us asking. I love the staff here.

Such a great store! It has the largest selection I have ever seen in a smoke shop. I always have such a good time when I visit this store. Staff has always been extremely helpful, welcoming, and very knowledgeable on all of their products.

Excellent service, excellent selection, clean environment. Manager is a great guy and keeps the store extremely well stocked to his customers liking. Maintains a wide variety of shisha(hookah tobacco), hookah parts and accessories, glassware, papers, loose tobacco, and all other variety of smoking tools. Very clean, well lit, and inviting environment, much better experience than some of the dingy smoke shops around town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality tobacco shop experience.

Lots of options but my recent experience was lacking customer service. I tried asking one of the gentlemen questions about their vape juice options and price and got very little response. Luckily one of the other guys was very informative and helpful and patient with my little knowledge on the juices and was able to make a purchase.

Great place now that I’m a regular he keeps the cigarettes that I buy in stock. Awesome prices and great service.

I really like this place for a few reasons. Number one being as far as vape shops in South Bend they definitely have the biggest selection and variety of all different types of devices. Mods, tanks, all-in-one devices, and they get new devices pretty often when they come out. They have a pretty wide selection of eLiquid. Its not always easy to tell which ones are what prices and all that without asking how about every particular one but theres always new flavors to try. One thing I dont like is they dont have a points system where you get a free bottle of liquid after so many points or anything like that. But overall with the fact that several different devices I have, and need different coils for. They are the only one around that pretty much always have every coil I need in stock. The rest of these places rarely have any of those coils I need. And with the fact that they are open an hour later than a few others and 2 hours later than another, it put them on the top of my list. Also they have Android pay which is nice. If they had some kind of points system like most of the others do they would definitely be 5 stars instead of just the 4 that I rated them. Also its a good location, with plenty of parking spaces, and easy access. Easy to pull out of lot too which is the opposite of another nearby shop.

I love this place! They have the best selection I have been able to find since moving from Indy. Prices are reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I always look forward to shop here.

The manager/staff were great. Cant remember the gentlemans name, but he was 5 Stars with customer service and product knowledge. Expectations exceeded and will be a returning customer.

I purchased a leaf buddi TH 720 here. It was the last one and the guy behind the counter took the .5 ml tank and magnetic extension out and said it was for testing and didn’t come with the kit. When I got home (over a hour away) I found out according to the package and leaf buddi website it was part of the kit. It’s possible he made a mistake. But it really felt intentional. I Thought it was unbelievable he would rip off a customer 10 dollars in parts that aren’t easy to get. I would take it back but I only get to south bend about once a month on business. It wasn’t my first purchase in the shop but it will be my last

The cheapest place for an awesome piece like Ive been places like glass roots (usually decent prices) and birds eye (outrageous prices) and the pieces are half that price and the same quality so definitely worth a look

Does not honor products they sell. Purchased an iJoy RDTA mod from this store and after only two weeks of purchase the device is defective and will not work properly. They would not exchange it or return it and told me to contact iJoy directly when its their responsibility as a vendor to do so.
