Not a lot of merchandise to actually tobeven look at but im sure its real convenientient for the students on campus and they can afford it more than i can🤑

The staff makes this store for me :)! They’re attentive and friendly! My only ding to this store is that the Men section is tiny and have a very limited selection (very limited!). Otherwise, it’s a nice store.

Went here a few weeks ago and I must say I was disappointed in the variety of clothes here. Ive been to far bigger and nicer urban outfitters elsewhere, but what can you expect, its south bend. If youre coming here just for the sale, dont waste your time, theres barely any variety. This location is decent but parking is also super limited.

I love Urban Outfitters oh my God the brand Free People is the only brand of clothing I will wear intimately Free People Free People movement its the best! I used to wear Pink by Victorias Secret since I was 15 years old, but then I met and ran into the company Free People and the CEO gave me a bunch of clothing and I was in love with it and he knew what he was doing he knew Id fall in love with it and thats all I wear bell bottoms 1968 when I walk into a room I look like I just dropped out of 1969

Great clothes but pricy

I’ve enjoyed visiting Urban Outfitters all over the country but the one in South Bend tonight made me very uncomfortable. The male employee was following me around and kept watching me. I left immediately and will spend my money elsewhere tonight. In the past I have purchased some really unique and hilarious things at UO but tonight was the very first time I’ve felt uncomfortable in one of your stores. Maybe tell your employees it’s not appropriate to stalk the customers? I will not be back...which is unfortunate since there were ZERO customers in the store when I was there. I’m left to wonder if they were driven out for the same reason...?

Staff is very friendly and helpful. its usually pretty easy to find what youre looking for and even if you cant, theyre more than willing to order it for you in store. overall a great shopping experience!

Always clean and organized when Ive walked in. They werent too busy when I went. They also match price the items in store to their online website.

Expensive, but they have cute staff

At one time the house/apartment generic items were up front. This past time when I went in it was Womens clothing in the front. If you are not a woman then you would dislike this. Fun store overall.

Its in a very nice location with lots of places to eat and walk around. The workers are friendly and helpful, minus the one who was rude about sizes to my wife. But its clean and lots of clothes to choose from. Its cool that Southbend has a place so many people are interested in cause they carry very trendy clothing. Southbend itself is horrible. Only reason I went there is cause Fort Wayne doesnt have a urban Outfitters.

My daughter loves this store. Honestly, I dont get it. It reminds me of TJMAXX but with hire prices and not as much stuff. Not my thing. Store was clean, staff pretty much ignored you. I say 3 stars because its a happy medium.

I lke the stuff they sell here, but its very expensive. a popsocket can cost 5 dollars.

Urban Outfitters Customer Service was the best I have dealt with in years. I typically deal with cell phone companies and other horrible customer service companies over the years and I was VERY SURPRISED at how helpful they were with my order that was mixed up. I will def order from Urban Outfitters again just because they have great customer service. I would rather pay higher prices for customer service any day! Thank you

Nice trendy clothing and accessories store on Eddy Street within the Notre Dame campus.

Staff was friendly, clean and organized store. Some prices were a bit high, but they have a lot of sale items to make up for it. Alot of unique items as well!

This store is always a fun place to go whether you are shopping for a specific outfit or just browsing. They have something for everyone!

It was my first time in there in a long time. Staff was super helpful and i was able to find what I wanted plus more. I came in search of a billie eilish t shirt and one of the nice ladies was able to help me find it after I described it to her (very badly I might add lol) I also was able to find a mario badescu skin care kit and a facial spray which normally would cost a fortune but I made out like a bandit!! Yall check out UO theyre the bomb

Was able to purchase a few items in the clearance at rear of floor layout. I didnt know they were located here, I had been on their site the week prior...good to know will return.
