The assistant manager Jetti was so helpful to me yesterday. I accidently locked my keys in car, with my purse and phone when I pulled into drive thru to leave donations. She called a locksmith for me and did not make me feel the least bit uncomfortable. Could not have asked for anyone to be any nicer. Thank you Jetti from the lady in the red Hyundai.

Although this store didnt have overflowing items on the shelves like they usually do, they had quite a few things to browse through. I blame the sparse selections on Covid. I generally find something that peeks my interest. The staff were very friendly and polite. I know that the money spent there is going to a great cause.

I looooooove this place! It’s just getting better! Very clean, organized, friendly staff and always greet all the costumers. Shop and help! People always say: this is Goodwill, prices high, etc... go to the regular store and see what high prices are! Don’t matter if they receive things for free, somehow they need to support their jobs and give the opportunity to others! Sometimes some people just don’t get it! I LOVE GOODWILL!

If youre looking for a excellent value for your money this is the place to go. We wear jeans where I work. I can get great jeans (some still have the original price tag on them!) for a $6. In my opinion this is the VERY BEST deal for work clothing! Plus it is always a quick trip..no waiting to check out!

The Staff are wonderful at this location. However the prices are horrible. You can buy brand new at Dollar General..Walmarts. This is 100%profit. I call them GREEDWILL. Its sad.

Most expensive goodwill I have ever been to, and no daily discounts. Couldnt find a shirt less than $7, no matter how outdated and worn it was. Workers were nice but thats about all this goodwill had to offer. They should rethink their pricing before they go out of business.

Store is small and usually almost empty with third tier over priced garage sale leftovers

Goodwill Grape Road has bad selections Goodwill on Ireland Road has much better things to choose from and one thing about Goodwill when they sell furniture they really should maybe take it off the floor or put a big sold sign on it instead of the tag thing

One of the nice Goodwill stores in the area. Very good selection and the books are decently organized. Im not much for Goodwill in general. They ask if you want to round your money up to the nearest dollar for Goodwill donation the will go toward Goodwills mission. That money can and does provide jobs at Goodwill in your community, but it does little else for your community.

This goodwill is kept pretty clean and organizedBUT what is up with the prices now???? This location for the last 6months has had ridiculous prices on their items. It seems to have become the most expensive goodwill in the area. Ive been seeing items from Dollar Tree at this store that are priced at +$4.99 and up. Its not worth it to spend way more on something that is used and not in good condition when I can go get it brand new in stores for a cheaper price. Ive also have seen items that are apart of sets or identical to one another, but one is way more expensive than the other. Ive heard other customers make the same remarks in store. Remember who your customers are and please look into pricing items correctly

Horrible place, rude people, I don’t understand why everything is overpriced after getting it for free. I’m all for recycling but not to goodwill, at least not anymore . I got a very rude comment from a manager while trying to return something I bought the night before for store credit. I don’t think they understand customer service at all. They seem to hate their jobs and take it out on the customers.

Aisles are way too narrow and cramped, two people cannot get a cart through without someone having to smash their cart against the shelf. Prices of items are also way too high at this specific outlet store, buyer beware. Do not shop here unless you have a huge pocketbook. I advise you to shop at salvation army across the road which has much cheaper prices and friendlier staff members.

This place is nasty, they charge way to much for everything. Management always has an attitude shes sits there on her phone talking about her personal life in front of customers and when she does help a customer she is nasty and rude.

Prices are really great on 50% off days l. Usually can find several nice things, but most of the time I come away with less than what I started with. Thats frustrating, but you gotta learn to deal with it. Its a relatively friendly environment...its better to come in the morning.

Place has been overpricing items for a few months now. Seems to be the only goodwill in the area price gouging this hard. Must be new management.

Great selection for a second-hand store. And obviously, the prices cant be beat.

A mother was playing with her child who said no (playfully) several times and the manager of the store ended up saying Well at least we know who the real boss is. The mother replied something (Didnt hear what she said) and then the manager said We dont dont them to shop here. Customers do fill our paychecks. (May not be the exact reply but it was some rude remark along those lines). Wont be shopping here again and will be calling corporate come Monday...

Overheard somebody say something about the prices being high and an employee made a remark “well, don’t come here then” And when I pointed that out to the manager that was running a register, she said she would address it but I don’t believe it.
