Any truckstop with 70 parking spaces should have more than 2 stalls in the bathroom. Subway? Need more selection of food here. It needs to be remodeled and a real truckstop put in its place

Yes Im at Pilot but today all my praise goes to the young lady at subway. She just finished serving over 10 customers and she did it in a timely fashion while not making any mistakes. Nice staff but sub way out of/food still frozen. Multiple pumps not working had to leave from pulling up to two and the handles not working.

Plan on going inside to pay. Terrible experience if youre not trying to waste your time

What truck stop is full at 2 PM? Half the spots are dropped trailers. Thats money lost. If someone drops a trailer and leaves, that means the driver will not be purchasing anything. Dropped trailers also deprive a driver (who would buy something from the store) a much needed parking spot. Management should have the dropped trailers towed.

Shower 3 not only has no hot water, but it goes from Luke warm to cold, and the pressure is also variable. My shower experience was absolutely horrible. The shower is very small, and there is no other place to sit down other than the toilet. I am very surprised at pilot. Usually pilot showers are comparable to the Hilton. The store is small, the lounge is basically an extra room, and there is nothing to eat here except subway. The only thing this truck stop is good for is a place to park for a ten-hour reset.

The night shift lady was nice as we came in but then she called the cops on us. When we walked back in she was like whispering on the phone where we we’re headed thought it wasn’t any of her business. But she decided to do so instead of doing her job and cashing out a customer.

They are the rudest nastiest people there..they knew we were broke down and made us leave now our is impounded and we are completely on the streets with no help and my husband is disabled

Nice size parking lot for trucks, could be bigger though. Facilities in general could be bigger and better. They have a Subway and showers but I didnt go to either one of them.

I guess what I like best about this particular Pilot is the easy parking. Plenty of space unlike most other Pilots. Shower was good and clean. It wasn’t quite as hot as I like, but still fairly nice. Store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

Store was clean and showers where as well, store staff very friendly, only downside is the WiFi range.

In south bend, IN off Cleveland rd Dont expect piolt to have subway open on time..management doesnt care and its a HUGE inconvenience when their still closed at 7:18 am with an opening time of 7am...BS!!

Paid 12$ for a shower after a long day at work with it being -10 degrees and cant even get a hot shower

Just got fuel there and as all Pilots, it was a little expensive. I personally try not to fuel at them, but when I do the pumps are usually high volume pumps and it doesnt take too long to fill up. From past experience they generally have good coffee and large selection of snacks.

Very clean bathroom.Nice prices on fuel.Food if you need a pick me up. Coffee too.Rest areas, if you need to take a nap.But best of all. I just notice, Pilot is the only truck stop Ive seen so far that carries post cards.Yep... If you need a post card to send to someone. Pilot has them.

Super friendly staff, clean showers. Suggestion, at night keep entrance clear so that semi drivers can come in and go out with ease. Trucks parked at the entrance creates an unnecessary bottle neck especially with the current road construction going on in front the truck stop.

Bathrooms need attention, badly. These trucks stop do nit understand thee IMPORTANCE of keeping their establishment maintained. Coming off the road, searching for a CLEAN restroom is EVERY truck drivings go to.

This place is a great place to AVOID! There is no parking ever the fuel islands have spilled fuel all over them. It seems the coffee pots are always empty. Drivers sleep in the fuel islands due to no parking.

Paid for Prime parking at 1730. Rolled out and received an email at 2104 that my reservation had been canceled. Called customer service and they told the store that they Had to supply me with a parking space. Still only had one cause I got lucky and one was empty.Took a shower this morning and the wall where you have hooks to hang your bags turned their washcloth black when I wiped it down using my cleaner. The sink had red algae growing in it like a toilet bowl would if not cleaned regularly.Nice place.

I use to love stopping here while traveling.... however they got rid of their crushed ice and I was crushed! I went to multiple Pilots on the highway and they all got rid of. Now I can stop at any travel center instead of only going to Pilot :(

The fuel, the age of the store or the amenities isnt what makes this Pilot unique, its the managers and employees which make this Pilot so outstanding! Given, they have a wide variety of coffee and fountain drinks. If you purchase the Philmore or Philbert cups, with the Pilot card, refills are in the $1 range. The fuel is good fuel and Pilot is one of the few fuel stations who add anti-gell to their truck diesel.The management and employees help in anyway they can and are quick to get you in and out so you can get back on the road if needed. They are friendly and always smiling. The managers are aware of the traffic at the truck pumps and ensure after fueling, the trucks pull up so others can fuel. The store does have a Subway if you are hungry and need a sandwich. The store itself isnt as large as some Pilots or Flying Js, but, it does have a nice variety of parts and snack items.I highly recommend this Pilot and will continue to use them for fuel.

Always Pleasant!! If you need to get gas or diesel they have it!! Fast food. No sit down. Restrooms. Pretty much grab it, do it and go!!

Small yard, not the best use of space, they could get a lot more trucks in here if they marked the spaces using a better pattern.No paid spots, same Expensive pricing inside the store.

Just stopped for a break. Bathroom and a soft drink. Facilities are clean. Pricing is really pricey. But it is convenience and a nice quick stop on the toll road.

Not a bad truck stop. It does show its age though. Looks like its ready for an overhaul.

Its a pilot you can get the usual fair here got your quick stop stuffs and then the obligatory subway. Aside from that theres the road... I cannot drive the 3/4 mile or so from 80 to the exit and then the distance from the exit to the pilot isnt much better. The road back to 31 is fairly awful as well sadly I dont know Ill be coming back here until they fix the road

I really do not like giving a low score but there were so many issues at this location. Starting in the parking lot, which has very limited parking space. There was a truck blocking the one space and thats a whole other story. Then once inside go to Subway for a sandwich and no one around. Rung the bell and there was no one. So we just grab a snack. The place was not the cleanest and was way under staffed. We only saw two people working there. The guy that checked us out was very nice and polite.We will not plan to be back here it was a waste of our limited time.

Its alright. The facility could use a little TLC. The employees are mixed...some are friendly and some act like they dont want to be there. It does have relatively easy access on/off US 31.

With the construction going on makes it hard to get into the place. Let alone people parking were they shouldnt be. Store was great just getting to it sucks

I bought a parking place here to be sure that I had a spot to come back to after I delivered close by. Amazingly enough it wasnt taken by the time I got back. There was a slight challenge to back in since some drivers parked where there wasnt a proper parking space.

Nice counter sales lady, they unfortunately have a Subway and parking is minimal for big rigs..I wouldnt recommend trying to park there after 16:00 on any given day..

Matt, one of the workers inside was kind enough to give my wife and I a larger shower when we had originally gotten a small one as well as extra towels and said if we needed anything else just to ask and he would be more than happy to get us whatever we needed. Its people like that that create the change for the better.Totally made our day!

A good truck stop, decent staff, but the showers are probably the best truck stop showers ive seen. I live in michigan but work near south bend a lot, and when i dont wanna spend money on a hotel i always come here to grab a shower. A $12 shower is much cheaper than a $60 room that ill spend maybe 9 hours in. But id recommend bringing your own toiletries. They supply a towel, bath mat and a wash cloth but theyll charge you an arm and a leg for anything else you might need.

It was okay, the showers were clean which is always great. I gave 3 stars because the coffee area was subpar. There were no coffee stirres minimal choices of coffee creamers and just really tight in there.

This pilot is one I would say avoid at all costs! Nasty, dirty, rude employees! The parking lot has holes big enough to lose a semi truck in, not to mention it is just disgusting!

Traveling for the weekend (we travel this rpute often as we live in michigan and family is in central indiana) we usually stop at the speedway next door but traffic was bad - we gassed up our honda accord (car) and have a $151.00 authorization on our cc. Why? Why would you put a hold that large on the personal vehicle side? Our fill up was $30, but authorized 4 times that amount. Next time well deal with the traffic and go to the speedway.

I swear every pilot I ever go to which is a lot because they are my primary fuel for my company, there is an inexperienced worked behind the counter with no manager around. This pilot is no different. These mangers need to realize there job is to make truckers life easier. And they fail every time. As soon as I can take my business else where I am. I suggest everyone do the same.

I always like these gas stations. Theyre big and easy to use gas stations. They always have a restaurant inside as well.

We were even able to purchase a small moon shaped hubcap for our motor home that we lost enroute to Shipshewana, Indiana. Pilot, an RVers best friend on the road.

Trucks Parked Blocking the Entrance I had to drive up on curb to negotiate my entry!!! Then I had to stop and Roll a Steer tire out of Driveway to get to the Fuel Island!! Never going bsck there!!!

One of Pilots lowest locations. No laundry services, no deli at all, to get coffee you have to ring around the rosy due to coffee urns on both sides of the island. And when you are fixing your coffee, be careful to not hit people at front counter. This building used to be a Speedway who knows less about a truckstop than Pilot. Good size lot, surprisingly, with good maneuvering room. Probably a rare mistake to our advantage. Unfortunately, this is the only truckstop in the entire South Bend area. Someone with some bucks needs to build a 200+ parking full service truckstop in this area! Dont get the chopped salad at the Subway here. It isnt worth the money. Also they boss you as to what you can and cant have on your sandwich...that is if they have what you want or not.

One of those tiny little properties with extremely limited parking and not many pumps. Its just as well since nobody stops here much on account of having to use the worlds worst conditioned road to gain entry. I tried to count the number of potholes on the way in but lost count around 600.
