I purchased a Seiko watch here last year. I recently dropped the watch off to have a pin replaced for the bracelet. I was informed it would take roughly a week. I called after about 6 days to inquire, and I was told that the part would arrive sometime in the following week, but that they were not sure when. I understand that shipping times are odd in the time of COVID, so I waited another week and heard nothing. I stopped in to pick up my watch and was told by a staff member that Seiko had not sent the part, and that it was not under their control. While I completely understand that, a little bit of communication would have gone a long way. I am very disappointed by this experience and will be purchasing/servicing my watches elsewhere.

I never realized how good of a job they did until I got a ring resized elsewhere. This place does a stellar job and my rings always look the same as before they get resized instead of lumpy and uneven like competitors. They even prorated the price when the size they measured me at didnt fit right with a cut of the ring and I had to get it sized twice. It wasnt their fault really because it was only that specific ring that I was an extra 1/4 size in

My fiance and I bought a gemstone (moissanite) engagement ring from JR Fox in August of 2017. A week after we were engaged and I had the ring, a flaw was discovered in the ring. Specifically, the stone had chipped in about 5 places - as a very hard gemstone, this is not supposed to happen (and not so quickly, especially while I was taking extreme care with the ring). I took it to the location that we had purchased it from with all of our paperwork. The salesperson was so rude to me that I was nearly in tears by the time I left - the tone and content of what she said to me told me that since I had not purchased a diamond, that my issue was not worth their time. I asked to price out a fix for the problem, and the salesperson asked me why I would want to do that, since it would just happen again (because the stone was not a diamond). She refused any repairs on the ring, even though she inspected it and found the chips herself. This communicated to me that once JR Fox has a sale, they do not take proper care of their customers.We later discovered that the distributor of the moissanite has a fantastic warranty program and we were able to get the issue fixed through them. Instead of walking me through that process and going through the options, the salesperson dismissed my issue as something that will just happen because the stone was not a diamond.I was initially very pleased with how JR Fox worked with us on the design process and putting the final product together, but was extremely offended by the way I was treated once the sale was complete.

Walked in ten minutes before closing, but staff didnt mind. They were very helpful, even pulled out some s merchandise they had already put away. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though I wasnt sure when I went in.
