Rude and unhelpful phone associates. Will lie to you about your order saying it’s been delivered when it was never received. No help whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered 3, 6 ft pieces of square 1 1/2 inch steel tubing on 10 Sep and it was supposed to be delivered on 13 Sep. Did not arrive and it is now 16 Sep and its still has not been delivered, with no expected delivery date given by staff at the store.

Special order a part that I need and I know that grainger can get because grainger is a watts distributor. Part Number: 0915527 1/2 111-125 pressure relief valve. I called in and they said they know what it is but cant obtain it because i dont have the proper account. I asked what is the proper account, replied I dont know, thats above my pay grade. If grainger could obtain this part that would be phenomenal. I would like to do more business with grainger. That phone call wasnt customer service. I run a online ecommerce store with over 1,000 items, if a customer requests something that I dont have in stock, I will source the item and make it available for sale on my store for that one person. What happened to customer service these days?
