Exceptional customer serviceWe came to the store for a remnant stone for our vanity. Zack, the owner, was very patient to introduce different pieces to us. Unfortunately, the stone we picked was cracked and we needed to choose others. The staff was not very helpful and we were told again that we had to change another piece. Picking a stone is brain cracking exercise to us because this is our first remodeling project. When it was installed, the size was too big for my tiny bathroom. I asked the guy who came to measure if it was too big and what size look nice in this bathroom. He said his standard 1” overhanging.So we were disappointed. The staff referred the case to Zack and he listened to my case and allowed us to pick a new stone and install it for us without extra costs. He said happy customers is the priority for his business. We very much appreciate his action. It’s hard to find a shop who will put customer satisfaction first than profits. The tips when looking for stone at Zstone are (1) bring a tissue or cloth so that you can rub off the dust on the stone and see it clearly; (2) also check the leftover pieces at the parking area. They have way more different options than their displays; (3) talk to Zack if he is around at the shop. He is an artist and very knowledgeable about stone.

I was referred to Z Stone by a friend and I ever glad I was! Its hard to find really good customer service anymore but its what you get from the first minute with Z Stone. We encountered a few problems during and after installation in a half bath, and they were fixed immediately by friendly workers. I look forward to using them as I continue to remodel my kitchen and a few more bathrooms. I would refer anyone to them!

We recently had soapstone countertops installed and were very happy with our decision to go through Zstone. Zach was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions. The two guys that installed the stone- Siji and Chris- were great as well! They were very curteous and professional and did a great job on the install. The end product looks great and we couldnt be happier!
