My vacuum was quickly dying and I was ready to buy a new one. I didn’t want to spend upwards of $200 on a new one so I dropped it off at The Sweeper Co to get repaired. Two days later I pick up my vacuum and it’s like brand new! New filters, all the lines and parts were clean. This guy is confident, speedy, and affordable. No BS—just great work.

We decided not to repair our old dyson vacuum and put the repair cost towards a new vacuum. We have dogs so we have lots pet hair!! The vacuum they recommend was a Titan heavy duty. Wow! We are very happy with their recommendation. Its a game changer. So much stronger then the Dyson animal ever was. Very very happy with our purchase. Great place to do business with.

I have been to The Sweeper Company many times. I have bought bags, filters etc. from them. They have also serviced my vacuum cleaners throughout the years. I am happy with their service. They definitely know their business.

I was there for warranty work on my new vacuum. Because it was new, there were a few things I didnt understand about features that happened to differ from my previous vacuum. One of the gentlemen treated me like I was stupid for not knowing these things. The other snapped at me when I offered an ID to help him with the spelling of my name. Dont get me wrong, the service was great, but a business is only as good as its people.

I just had a very bad experience with these people! They ripped me off! I took my shark navigator sweeper there to be fixed. I had already cleaned out the full length of hose. It was clogged with cat hair. Also emptied the canister. I had some suction but the rollers were not going around.These people charge $20.00 for an estimate that can then be put toward the repair. They called to say that it would be another $30 for the repair. I went to pick it up. I asked what all theyd done. Didnt say much just that theyd taken some cat hair out. Took it home and it worked fine. cleaned the canister and it wouldnt work. My brother-in-law came over. He said to press down on the head of the sweeper with my foot to make sure there was suction. Ta da! it worked. Then it seems there is no maintenance to be done on this machine.In other words, The Sweeper Co. DIDNT DO ANYTHING!!! I went back today asking for a refund. They said they didnt know which technician worked on it. And that they didnt understand what my problem is since it works. After awhile, the owner gave me $20.00 cash (out of a total $50 paid). What happened to good old honesty. hey lady, the machine works, just push the head down for FREE
