I have a hybrid car and I’m not sure how many technicians are really good with these.I came in to Priority with a whole bunch of peculiar random problems. Technician looked at my list, asked me how old the car was (5 years) and told me he would check my battery and he thought all I needed was a new battery. Not one of the expensive hybrid batteries just a regular battery. Sure enough that was the problem. Fixed everything, In and out in less than an hour. And here I thought I was going to be replacing and on board compute! Great - and really skilled - people.

I run a repair shop in Charlotte NC. For 25 years prior to that I ran Eurotech in South Burlington Vt. I have been in the car repairs for over 30 years. I know my stuff. These guys were quick, and reasonable. My daughter was broken down in a parking lot. Dave and Randy got her back on the road very quickly and made her day. Tried to get a rental truck from them for move out. Claimed they tried to call my phone to tell me there was no truck available and that its not their problem if I put the wrong phone number in the online system (which I did not). A few months ago I brought my Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X for an engine swap because Runway Auto sends mechanical work to this shop. Not only did they use the wrong fluids specified by Mitsubishi, they didnt use enough fluid and they didnt bleed my differential clutches. They didnt tighten my intake clamps that attach to my turbo, allowing dirt and water to get into my Precious 6262 turbo. My rear driveshaft bolts I could take out by hand, the certified technician needed to borrow my personal clutch alignment tool. If you need engine work done for an AWD turbo style vehicle, I highly recommend you dont go here. This certified technician doesnt know anything about evolutions. Now Im stuck paying out of pocket for the repairs.
