Richard did a great job of walking us through the many options. He keep contact with us to get us the best price and arrange a workable delivery date at our home in another state. Great experience!

Very nice. The worker was very nice and calm helping me with questions about the mattresses and the prices. The price is very cheap by the way and the quality is so good its like you are sleeping on clouds.

The Sleep Number store in South Burlington is awesome! They took time to walk me through all the options, pros and cons. It was very apparent that the sales person wanted the right bed for me and was not trying to sell me the most expensive bed in the store. The beds in general are expensive and they provided the type of service that made me comfortable making that level of investment.

Ryan was helpful and not intrusive. He explained and gave us plenty of time to look at our options and to make decisions. He did not try to upsell us which was appreciated. We are looking forward to finding our sleep number

We decided to give this a try and it was amazing. I looked at an add and read it wrong so shame on me but we still purchased a sleep number. Our rep, Ryan was great. Very helpful. Asked us questions and gave us pointers. He made the experience a very positive one. We would, and have, recommended to our friends.

I had purchased a sleep number almost 20 years ago and loved it, and was now looking to purchase a newer model. I spoke with Ryan at this store and he did an amazing job with answering any and all of my questions that I had about the newer models, delivery and or removal due to the COVID issues, and was very respectful. He made sure that everything and I mean everything, was good to go by the end of our conversation and it was greatly appreciated. I myself work in customer service and honestly enjoy the feedback to know how we, and myself, are doing and that is why I would definately give him and this store a 5 star rating! Always been treated so well.. so thank you Ryan your hard work is greatly appreciated along with the patience you had with answering my questions. Cant wait for the new one to arrive! I highly recommend them for sure!

Ryan Barlow was a presentable, knowledgeable, courteous and a patient sales representative. He answered every one of our questions, explained fully the expectations for the delivery of the model we ordered. He had a very good grasp of what needed to be done and multi-tasked optimally. He sold us on the SleepNumber model we purchased and the accessories as well. I would highly recommend you ask for him if you visit the store.

Richard is fantastic. He listened to us as we explained what we were looking for and was considerate of our budget. He didnt try to push us at all and he was very friendly and patient in explaining the various models and features. Well be telling all our friends to go to Richard and buy a Sleep Number!

Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about the product and sleep. He helped us see dimensions regarding beds and this amazing new tech that we had never considered. Additionally, the store, the setup, the ability to try different setups etc all contributed to a positive shopping experience.

Such awesome customer service!! Took the time to show us every detail of every bed and helped us determine which bed was the best for us. I highly recommend them for your next forever bed purchase!!

Would give ZERO stars if I were allowed. We went in just to try the beds, ended up staying 2 hours. Salesperson Ryan told us the sale price for the bed we were mildly interested in was only going on for that day, but that he could hold the bed for 60 days at that price which would give us time to consider whether we really wanted it or not. We agreed to hold it. He told us that should we decide to go ahead and order or cancel the bed, we should call him first because it would be faster than calling customer service.Its been 4 days and my husband got an email that our bed shipped, much to our surprise. He called the store and surprise, Ryan is away on vacation and the person with whom he spoke said they cannot help us in the store and we need to call customer service.He was able to cancel the bed through customer service but other items have apparently already shipped so now we need to refuse delivery and/or have to get the shipments back to UPS within 3 days or risk being charged. On top of all of these lies Ryan told us in order to make a sale, the website clearly shows the deal he said was only lasting one day goes until MAY. Its pretty awful to lie to customers but especially stupid to do it when your website shows you are lying.We will NEVER give Sleep Number our business and certainly will tell those we know never to go there or work with Ryan ever. Looking forward to spending our money elsewhere.

Good deal on beds

Talk with Richard the store manager and you will fully understand what the mattress system can do for your sleep and health. This is a well set up store with very good assortment of models and features that you can try out before committing to a purchase. Lots of supplementals like sheets, pillows and protectors available right at the store. Easy financing arranged if needed. No hassle parking.

We had a great experience trying the beds and learning about them. Ryan took all the time we needed to understand the technology and functionality of the beds so we could pick just the right one for us.

Ryan was great to work with. He knows his Sleep Number details, and was very helpful to my husband and me as we looked at Sleep Number beds for the first time.

Bought one of these beds 26 months ago .Very disappointed. The bed has the head that raises and there is a gap of 5 to 6 inches between the right and left side. Called to see if it would be warranties was told no. They did offer to sell me a new foam mattress but I said no I cannot see myself doing that every 2 years. Very over priced bed.I would give no stars.

Great beds.. deffinately go in try out the different models so you choose the right one. We got the split king but wasnt happy with it as its two twin xls, we called up sleep number they were happy to exchange it for king half split and now in love with it.

I only stopped in to ask some questions about my Sleep Number mattress that I had bought elsewhere, and was treated like I was their best customer. Very personable employee.

Really enjoyed the sales experience. Our salesman, Gavin S. did a great job of introducing the need for the product then demonstrating the optimal solution.

Very professional staff and the body scan was very illuminating. Ryan is a very good salesman.

We were in press with the knowledge of the sales person, comfortable, informative, no pressure and overall a great experience. We were thinking of buying one and it just happen that we pass the store in Burlington and the rest is history.
