Amazingly enough they alway happen to have exactly what I have needed and the team there are all professional and very helpful.

Great price on paint - staff was not friendly when dealing with paint, and that was the same on 2 separate visits. I got good prices on paint otherwise I would have left.

I dont usually like going to hardware shops but this one is clean, well organized and staffed by the most kind helpful people. The gentlemen always help me find exactly what I need even if Im not very sure what it is.

Descent store, good selection.

My husband and I bought a Weber grill already assembled from Bibens Ace Hardware last fall and have only used it a few times. We were using it tonight and it caught on fire. It seems from when it was assembled, there was a broken piece where the gas is fed to the grill. My husband and my brother went to the store with the pieces that were broken and the guy at the store was less than helpful. He said the grills come all assembled to their store and they do not assemble them there so it wasn’t their fault. For Ace claiming to be a family store and all about their customer service, this was awful. I would never buy anything from them again in the future or recommend anyone to go there. Very disappointed in the customer service, given we bought a $350 grill from them last fall that we’ve only used a few times. Weber should rethink who sells their product, the people at Home Depot were much more helpful and kind.

The difference from a place like tbis ACE to lowes or home depot is evident when you visit this store. Being personally greeted and being able to talk to experts is a big difference!

Friendly stuff. Great place, we were looking for a snow sled, and this was one of the few places that had them.

So easy and so pleasant. I was in and out quickly. Went in for simple propane fill for a Recreation vehicle. Was greeted at the door, and instantly directed nd escortes to the propane filling station. Immediately filled, then to the register to pay. All the while, bunches of smiles and good vibes. Really nice place, really nice people. Only negative comment is the steep incline of getting in the parking lot LOL.

I drove to this Ace location from neighboring town to find out, that the grill model that supposed to be available for pick up wasnt in fact in stock. They didnt do anything to resolve this situation, not even bother to verify the status of their inventory and finally asked me to step aside to help other customers. I left the store and bought similar model at Lowes on my way back home. Thanks Ace Hardware!
