I wish I could share the video! I delivered for Edible Arrangements for 2 1/2 years and I was very good but not perfect. Your female delivery driver was PERFECT. The delivery van was spotless. Your driver should be on the training videos for perfect “look,” in the exact uniform and gave the perfect first impression.Then she got the arrangement, held it up like a server, and put her beautiful voice to work, making a 10 year old girl’s birthday so special.The arrangement was perfect as well. Great work Burlington EA! You’re showing every franchisee how it should be done!

The store made good on a mixed up delivery resulting in us enjoying chocolate covered strawberries. Very nice staff and service.

I ordered a 30th birthday delivery and I requested that there be fruit cut in the numbers 30 and I wanted them chocolate covered. Not only did they do a perfect job covering the numbers in chocolate(which isnt an easy thing to do) but they sang happy birthday when they delivered it. It made the delivery very special when she sang happy birthday. There was a ton of fresh fruit and a lot of chocolate covered strawberries!!

Yummyy... The picture says it all! the staff here are the kindest and sweetest people to ever greet me! This cup of chocolate covered strawberries was gone within 5 minutes..

Delivery driver today (6/5) was incredibly sweet and accommodating! My mother sent an arrangement to my house while no one was home, so the delivery driver called me and happily drove to deliver it to me at work instead. It came minutes after she called me! Extremely happy with the level of service I received.

Absolutely wonderful service and support. Amid this crisis they were able to delivery a wonderfully packaged Mothers Day gift and did so with exceptional consideration, wearing masks and maintaining distance with personal delivery on the weekend. My mother absolutely loved it and everything was delicious as always. I have never had a bad order from this company or this location and I intend to do so again many times in the future.

Fast and easy ordering. I like that I can check online the progress of the order. And I was happy with the same day delivery, although there was charge of $15 for delivery.

The products were easy to search and reasonable priced compared to other companies. The whole online interface was easy to use and the product arrived on time and looked very similar to the description.

I wish I could give this place infinite stars because of how much effort they put in to making my order extra special. I purchased strawberries for my mother to celebrate 1 year cancer free! Kyra texted me the picture of the finished product and asked me to congratulate my mother on her milestone. Then, when the berries were delivered, the edible arrangement woman (not sure if it was kyra again) shared in the emotions my mom was feeling and they cried together. Thank you so much Edible Arrangements for making my mother’s day special when I couldn’t be there in person!

Inconsistent service. One time I had a very polite employee who was very helpful with a large walk in order. The next time, Tues. 3/2016, I had an employee take her time coming out of the back room. I asked her if I could have 5 boxes of the chocolate covered fruit and she had none in the cooler and said it would take 1 hr. To prepare and that they usually just do preorders. I told her that I was disappointed and she said Sorry, Bye!

I ordered an arrangement two weeks before Valentines day. they did not get delivered until the very end of the day. My recipient was on her way to her car when they finally arrived. No much point in have it delivered to her work. She was very disappointed.
