I spent too much money that I dont have on stuff I dont need. Better priced than Spencers on the socks and jewelry it seemed.
As a parent, not as terrible as I imagined. Your wallet will still suffer though.
Great customer service, just wish the store was still goth/industrial, it feels like a watered-down Spencers now

The staff is always friendly and there are lots of cool pop culture items to buy. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they usually dont have T-shirts in my size. No matter how you look at it, if XL is the only size you cant find for a particular shirt than they arent getting enough XL.
These folks are awesome. Theyre always very caring and have some pretty interesting things in their shop. Definitely worth having a peek!

What can I say. Its a hot topic chain in a mall. When I was a teenager I loved this store. Granted it was new at that point. Ive only dealt with a couple different people buying hair dye for my wife. But they were friendly and helpful. No attitude or judgment which can be present at a lot of these stores. That being said, there is nothing wrong with this location. I just havent been into this scene for 15 years haha.

As a teenager i loved this place but now that i am an adult and a mom i think this store should be for adults only! Children shouldnt be able to go into this store and see some of the things they sell. Its just not appropriate. For an adult yes. If you raise your kids that way fine. But i dont. Just a suggestion.

I was looking from a shirt from my favorite band “IN GOTH WE TRUST” and get this, they didn’t have it .... anyways that was very ungothly, other than that as soon as I stepped foot on a tile I dropped down 18 feet at least and couldn’t get out!!!! The firemen couldn’t get me out, they bought a designer ladder from gucci and that couldn’t even get me out! All I was worried about was my Gucci slides that are coming in the mail and my food from the Chinese restaurant and my cat bookie. When they finally got me out they nicely gave me a piercing with out me having a say wear it goes… very deep

Well I love this store and go here alot and yes sure there are quite a bit of things for adults but some parents are ok with there children going to this store just bc of one opinion and if you used to go there all the time then why do others have to be this way Spencers is an adult store if that stuff is in there then ya more for adults but its not soooooooooooo (Cathy cannon reply)
Prices are good but the jewlery section is kind of weak. The clothes are so cute.
