If I could give this business a 0 I would. I have never had such a horrible experience in my entire life with any business. I ordered a significant amount of items from their business and with anything maternity it costs a decent amount. They sent my items to the wrong address, not the address listed on my profile with their company. I emailed stating this error had occurred and instead of correcting it they proceeded to still send the shipment out. I called customer service and dealt with the rudest customer service rep. She basically said it cant be their fault so they cant help. Yet when I went back onto the website the shipping address auto populates from the profile and it was once again incorrect. Meaning not my error! I asked for a supervisor and was on hold forever with no resolution. Absolutely disgusted by this company!

Went there today with my daughter-in-law to get maternity clothing. To say that I was overwhelmed by the great customer service would be a total understatement. These ladies went above and beyond to help us. They answered questions, made recommendations and were a real pleasure to be around. Thank you for helping a first time Mom and Grandmother.....you give great customer service new meaning!
