This does not seem like a music store. There are buckets of what looks like (moldy) water. Everything is strewn about. Ive seen garage sales with better merchandise and organization. I didnt want to spend more than a minute in there after I walked in, but I tried to at least ask the person working what they had for sale. I cant believe this is a legitimate business! Do you sell instruments? No, not really. Just accessories. I dont even know how you could find anything in that mess. AVOID!
You would never know the store was open except for the Open sign. Very cold and dark inside, and an absolute mess. The older gentlemen working there was helpful and, surprisingly, they actually had the alto sax reeds I was looking for...at 3X the normal price. I was in a pinch and thought my son needed them right away so I bought them for $59.00 (later saw them for $22 for the exact same thing on Amazon).
9/2/2017 We are from out of town and we were in a pinch. This spot was 12 minutes closer to us than guitar center and we were in a hurry. It was quarter after four and we were relieved to see a sign on the door that says open til six, every day. We got out of the van and approached the store. I looked in the windows and it appeared to have a diverse collection and we were excited to start digging. I attempted to open the door and it was closed. Which is good because we shouldnt be spending any money today. I would rate the experience a 5 out of 5 stars.
Lights were off but sign said open so I walked in. The place looked like a wild animal was living there. I was greeted by an old man in pajamas eating a handful of greens who then asked me Do you know what this is?. I replied by saying Kale? He responded by confirming that he was in fact eating kale and conjectured that I must have been a farmer. What the hell is going on here? He had nothing for sale. Honestly curious as to how he is paying the bills.
More of a eric andre style performance art piece than anything that would resemble a store. I was greeted by an elderly man who was barefoot and in pajama bottoms. He sat up from reclining in his lawn chair and said “hello? what are you looking for exactly?” as if i had wondered into his home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you visit this place. All gear there (of which there was 2 squire strats in awful condition and a couple straps) was RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED and the gear that would be at all desirable he would refuse to sell. what an old fruit ❤️.
Cabbage on da register. This man is a wizard.
I went there this afternoon and I am still wondering how this store continues to exist the way it does. When you walk in you will instantly notice how messy the place is. There is dust and empty boxes everywhere. I cant imagine what was in those boxes as the store sells almost nothing. A lot of the wall space is dominated by guitars with a not for sale sign looming above them. The only instruments for sale are stratocaster look a likes from unknown brands, a mini drum set absolutely covered in dust (of which the clerk refused to give me a price on, even after asking directly), and a single bass. The rest of the store is boxes and guitars he (the clerk, Iassume there is only one) wont let you touch. While competent music stores let you play the instrument you will potentially buy this store has none of that. All the instruments you can buy are on this stage kinda thing and you cant play them because of exactly how much is on the stage. The two guitars are surrounded by boxes and the same goes for the other handful of instruments this store provides. In short:This store is absolutely useless. If you are looking to buy an instrument DO NOT GO HERE. You cant play the instruments they want you to buy and they arent selling the ones you want to buy.
Has a very strong smell and doesnt seem to have been cleaned in a while.
Bought strings there. They over charged me triple of what they cost.I was not sure if the price was right it did not seem it so I checked when I left with another music store...sure enough I got ripped off...shame on me
They had a wide and trustable selection of instruments
Always great customer service
Presto music, more like Pesto music, am I right?
Delightful
