Didn’t have the car we wanted in our price range. Tried to push us into a car we didn’t want and when we told them we were leaving we were “thanked” for wasting 1 hour of their time. It was a beautiful Saturday and there wasn’t a customer in sight.........I wonder why!

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Sales representative T C coats was very knowledgeable of all their inventory, and got me exactly what I asked for. This dealership is down to earth and reasonably priced. Highly recommend going down 2 Tim Short Acura and purchasing your next vehicle. Ask for T.C. or Mr. Coats.

They will only give me money for my truck if I go through one of their banks. I’ve been fianancing through my credit union for 2 years now, so why can’t I use my credit union? It’s simple. I bought my truck through Joe Holland about a year ago right beside them and they didn’t try to force me to their banks and they gave me a perfect trade in value for my car. They were more than happy to get a check from my credit union. It sucks because I really wanted a car from Tim Short but I think I will go back to Joe Holland.

Sales staff was very friendly, sales manager was a different story. We drove three hours to get there and had full intentions of buying an Acura from them. When we test drove the car it had an issue with the brakes. The sales manager went out and set in the car and threw his hands up and said the brakes were fine. He basically called us a liar without even driving the car to see what the issue was. We obviously left immediately. Who wants to be called a liar from the person whom they are trying to give money to? We are still buying an Acura, just not from this dealership.

Great customer service!First interaction was with Nikki, after I put in an internet request online, she kept me updated on the cars availability and had it all ready for us when we made the trip down!Nikki then handed us over to Matt Harkins to complete the deal! They were able to work out the best deal for the car we purchased!Everyone we encountered did a great job getting us into our used car within no time!

Great service department if you can reach them orthey assign someone to answer the phones that doesn’t know how to transfer a call even after I was placed on hold 3 times so they could find someone who knew how while I sat on hold over 10 minutes. Finally I gave up and will take my car somewhere else.

My husband and I had completely worked out a deal for a specific vehicle including its stock number today. We were driving in from out of town. This included the specific payment amount. When we arrived the salesman tried to get us to purchase a different colored vehicle for the negotiated deal including different colored leather interior as well. Very dissatisfied and we won’t be going back there again.

I ended up at Tim Short Acura because I was shopping for a replacement car through Nationwides website. I came into the dealer knowing the exact used car I wanted to see along with a list of other cars at other dealers. However, I was impressed that Paula (internet sales manager) responded to my email inquiry right away - as opposed to other dealers who never responded to me. She had James take care of us - who was fairly new, but he won me over with his patience to my million questions. In the end, I feel that I got a good deal on a great vehicle. I would recommend Tim Short Acura to anyone looking for a used car. We will likely be back once my husbands truck dies! Thank you!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE CROOKED LIARS!!! We negotiated the sale of a porche with this dealership via phone. We specifically asked if the car smelled like smoke, they stated that two of their salesmen sat in the car and it didnt smell like the previous owner smoked. WE DROVE 6 HOURS WITH CASH IN HAND ONLY TO FIND THE CAYENNE WAS SMOKIER THAN ITS NAMESAKE. Tim and company made no apology. Further, they suggested that we look into professional car deodorizing. Needless to say we went home porcheless.

My parents were looking for a small suv that was all wheel drive and trade in their Camry. Craig Frazier and his sales team were absolutely amazing. My parents are in their 70s and do not know much about the newer tech vehicles. They showed dad several vehicles with different options then they showed him exactly what the price and payments were going to be. Dad was able to pick the best option for them. They drove away in a beautiful Acura RDX and they are very happy! Thanks for taking care of my parents!

Felt like they didnt have time to deal with us. When we went to ask a question we were cut off. Not to mention when we told them we were interested in particular types of vehicles they tried to push completely different types on us. They lost out on a sale thats for sure. We went straight to Moses and drove off the lot with a vehicle within 2 hours.

After being screamed at by the MANAGER of the service department, walked out on, and left IN TEARS.... I immediately took my 2014 MDX and traded it in on a Toyota Highlander. I will never own another Acura and I will definitely never visit this dealership again. I visited their service department twice to simply get a light wiped off the dash (my MDX was STILL UNDER THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY)... after driving 2 hours both ways (each time), waiting 3 hours at my first appointment, and 5 hours at my second appointment (16 hours total).. they were NO closer to fixing the problem. When I attempted to explain my situation and ask about my options because I wasnt sure if Id be able to make the 2 hour trip for a 3rd time, I was yelled at and smarted off by a man who I later found out was actually the manager of the service department. All I can say about this dealership is.. they want your money, but they definitely dont want your problems.

General Manager Greg Holland is absolutely rude, sell was about to be complete I ask him about fixing the fog lamp that was broken on the car He became very rude saying no the sellman should written in the contract he even started brow beating the sellman in front of the customer over a 25 dollar fog lamp on EBay which the sellman offer to pay out of his own pocket needless to say I took my check and walked away think if he will not service it while it here on the lot he definitely won’t service once I drive off

Not helpful at all! After purchase care is horrible! They tell you they are not responsible for anything basically after you leave the car lot! Bought a NEW car and it wont start, only has 800 miles on it!! Please dont bother yourself with even going there for a car!

We have been leasing Acura MDX from the dealership at this location for several years. This time we decided for the third time to lease MDX as this vehicle is so reliable, great value and drives so good. We were greeted by Mr. Jeff Lynch at the dealership and he worked with us to arrive at reasonable leasing terms for our vehicle. My wife and I were treated very well and Mr. Lynch, who is an army veteran, made our experience of leasing MDX wonderful. I highly recommend Mr. Lynch at the Tim Short Acura dealership.

Updated Review 8/2/17:After leaving my initial review, I was immediately contacted by Craig Frazier, the general manager for Tim Short Acura. God, what a breath of fresh air this man was. He was patient, apologetic and gave me a much better feeling about Tim Short Acura. He rectified the problems (to the best of his ability) and was humble, honest and kind. He spent 2 hours on the phone with me and went out of his way to be accessible. While my initial experience wasn’t at all 3 star worthy....the end result was much more desirable. Thank you Craig for your fantastic customer service and kindness. It turned an initial 1 star review customer into a 3 star. It also has changed my mind about coming back. I will consider Tim Short in the future for my car buying needs.____________________________________Initial Review 7/26/17:I am a fair reviewer. I am sarcastic and funny, but I am always honest and I always keep it real. I am a Yelp Elite for a reason.....I take reviewing businesses extremely seriously. My mother and father are small business owners and I come from a long line of entrepreneurs. I know just how important customer reviews are.As I was sitting here writing my review, I began to realize that I didnt like how it was going. I am disappointed, angry and frustrated. I was allowing those emotions to undermine my character....and I decided I couldnt do that. That review would have been in the same fashion as the way I was treated by the staff at Tim Short. Id be stooping to their level and compromising my values. My mother taught me better.So, instead....I will say this. I was treated poorly and was told, in no uncertain terms, that Tim Short Acura pre owned car buyers dont get treated with the same respect and integrity that new car buyers do. I was berated, belittled and yelled at. There isnt a sale in the world that would bring me back into this dealership. The worst part?
