The salesman was sincere in getting us into the vehicle that we wanted. And worked hard to get it done even though past credit issues made it difficult he got it done. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I am a first time buyer and I have been researching like crazy at all different dealerships in all areas. I’m from Pittsburgh and I searched all of PA, Ohio, and West Virginia and came across this dealership and I found the perfect truck! I called them up and spoke with the most friendly staff I have ever got the chance too! Richard Kingsley was the one who helped me with everything I needed to know about buying a new vehicle. He answered all of my questions, and he was even able to have my truck delivered right to my house! It was the best experience I have ever had, and he consistently kept checking in with me each step of the way even after the purchase and drop off of my truck! He still called to ask how it was going and that is something that I feel is very important because it makes me feel as if I wasn’t just another customer. Staff was pretty nice. Gave me plenty of information. Unfortunately we came to look at a car that they had listed on their website. Apparently they loan out their new cars to people to drive. Didnt have it on the lot and didnt know when they would get it back. So we found a similar car at Moses and bought it. New Chevy equinox. Could have had a sale if they didnt loan out their cars, but guess its their car.

We just bought a 2021 Traverse from Joe Holland Chevrolet and the experience was nothing short of excellent! The unfamiliar challenge for us was that we are from VA while the dealership is in WV - and with this being our first major online transaction of this scale, we had significant concerns with exchanging all the sensitive information, funds, and signing of paperwork to complete this purchase. Throughout our negotiations, they made this process seamless and demonstrated endless patience to answer all of our questions and ease all of our concerns. Within a week of being notified of vehicle delivery to the dealership, we were able to close with a very reasonable price; and then not more than four days later we had our amazing vehicle delivered on our driveway. From initial dealership inquiry to vehicle delivery we are very pleased with the entire process. In particular, wed like to specifically give extra thanks to our dealership representative (Mr. James May), our finance representative (Mr. Chris Ashworth), and their delivery team (Mr. Sam and his lovely wife)...we are very thankful and completely satisfied. My husband and I purchased a used Kia Soul from Erick Meadows yesterday. It was the most seamless, stress free car purchase I have ever made. I felt respected and appreciated. Erick did not pressure us in any way. He was nothing but professional and courteous. After having a failed, horrible experience at another local, but large dealership, I saw a car posted online at Joe Holland. I called to ask if it was still available and if I could swing by after work to look at it. The salesman were extremely nice and helpful. When it came time to sign all the paperwork, they never pushed the extra “Tire and Rim” packages and etc. I stated No Thank You and we moved on to the next item. You won’t find another dealership that actually cares like Joe Holland!

I’ve managed to learn a lot, especially since I see what it’s like on the inside now. I have first hand witnessed customers stating that they have drove hours, because their experience with the salesman was great over the phone and that prices here are great! Over all, a very good environment.

Went there to purchase a new truck. I had my handicapped husband with me, upon calling them I requested that a salesperson assist my husband. No one ever came out to assist with the sale of a truck. Very poor salespeople. Do not recommend!!!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever. Their service department will not contact you when they know they are not able to get to your vehicle and will keep your vehicle for days. This has happened to me twice. I quit taking my vehicle to be serviced there.Also, it seems like they purposely sell vehicles that have issues without disclosing them or their mechanics have NO idea what they are doing; it is definitely a toss up. I bought a car from them and immediately had issues with it to the point it cost me thousands to fix a car that wasnt worth it but it was all I had at the time.Their prices are very high as well. Not worth it. Will never buy another vehicle from them again. If you want a vehicle that is decent and will be worth the money, go to a Toyota dealership.

This was the second time I had brought my car there for the same problem and it still is not fixed. Keep charging me to repair other things that may not need repaired and over charging me at that. Told me that they were replacing sway bars when really they only replaced a part that truly cost under $50 and they charged me $200. Truly feel taken advantage of.

The whole purchasing process was comfortable and pressure free. I had a personal stress of time constraint and Benny was so understanding and facilitated the sale through my necessary interruptions. He listened to my wishes and made them all happen without obvious judgement.

I live 3hrs away and wanted to purchase a used vehicle. I ask very specifically for pictures of any and all damage to the inside and out. They were asking over blue book so I wanted to make sure it was perfect. They assured me it was near perfect just a couple of rock chips. I drove over 3 hrs to find a vehicle that was in poor condition, bad scratches on every panel, a couple of dents, seats were badly warn and side was broken, inside smelled bad and the motor made a funny noise. If they had of been up front with all of these issues I would not of wasted a day driving there for nothing. Very disappointed ☹️
