Store manager is always outside getting high in the evenings. Took 30 minutes to be able to pick up a pawn because he was outside and the only girl there couldnt get it out of the safe for me.

The constomer service is great, nice clean establishment full of good stuff. Weather its to buy, to get something on lay-away and pay as you go, or get a loan and/or sell something. Plus, you can sign up to be a Wills Club Memeber and have a chance to spin the Big Bucks Wheel each day you come into the store, and as your numbers add up, ( example: you spin and get the number 4, you get 4 dollars in Wills Club credit), you can use that as credit to purchase something, or keep stacking them up and use points alone to pick something out when you like :) just know, if you havent used your club points by the last day of each year they will expire and start over.. These are good hard working kind people who work here, and strive for customer satisfaction! I Highly Recommend & personally wont go to any other pawn/ loan shop, other than Will Jewelry & Loan. Make them your go-to Jewelry, Gun, electronic, loan or sell one stop shop too!! :)

Love this place. Always cleanWorkers are very friendly and knowledgable. They give you good amounts for your pawns. If late on payment just call. They will work with you. Good prices on jewelry. Easy in and out. Lots of TVs, guitars, jewelry, tools, and guns. Good selection for used items. Warehouse/maintenance man(Jon Taylor) is very friendly and helpful.

Find about anything u want there TVs, jewelry, etc. Its mainly a pawn shop but has a variety of things and wonderful people working there.

Went in to get a loan on my wifes wedding ring, expecting to get enough to pay my overdue electric bill. The staff was wonderful and very understanding. When they asked how much I needed, I told them $200. To my surprise, they asked if that was all I needed and offered me an additional $100 on top of the $200 I needed. I expected them to offer me only $50. Went out of town a couple weeks later, and wasnt able to come in on my due date. Lea Ann, the store manager, was very understanding when I called for an extension. Will never do business with any other pawn shop afterwards. Customer for life!!

Normally Ive had a fantastic experience here until today. Associate John was NOT I repeat NOT service oriented. I do not like to haggle prices like a car dealership. He appeared to be mgt telling my actual associate how to do their job. Very humiliating I am sure but when I specifically asked of he was a manager he said no. He continued to let me know that the Mgr would say the same thing. Very disappointing. However, Ian is always helpful and smiling. He knows how to treat customers and just people in general. Need more associates like Ian to be totally honest.

My partner had just started working there and they made her think she was part of the team and a good worker but next week rolls around and they just pull out a oh youre not experience enough, go work at McDonalds for a year then come back like are you guys serious ?

Me and my family went in to look for wedding beds and the entire staff, which was 3 men ignored us, I suggest any one of color or anyone who is against hate to not shop here. We stood there looking, no one came to ask us if we need help! This is 2016 didnt think people still treated you like that. Im so hurt and will work to expose them. Never shopping here and I will tell everyone about this!

Went in to look at purchasing a rifle and pay on my loan. Guy tells me my stuff was pulled cause I was late after paying for 10 months ??? and They Pulled my items and had them on sale for 5 times what they loaned me. I guess even after years of business and paying my loan that long soon as iam late they take advantage. Lost a gun sale and my business..
