Weve taken to stopping here on Saturday nights for hot donuts! Theyre always good and we normally just get glazed, but their other donuts are great too! The staff is always prompt and friendly, they could upgrade their credit card machine but otherwise top notch.

My first time in a Krispy Kreme. The employees were great! Nice and clean inside. Oh and the donuts are sublime!

Krispy Kreme is the name of the place, Doughnuts n things was what Id come to taste, quick it was not much of a wait, then it was my turn to pick out my cakes, then by magic it seemed my money was replaced, not much at all maybe seven or eights. So on this review Ive chosen to dictate, the people were friendly the doughnuts were great.

Food was great the service was great in spite of the new training she did a good job.Not sure why the waitress felt it was necessary to lie to me and say she was a Mennonite . She could have said no I dont want my picture taken even though I look like Flo or kiss my grits But people lie and thats fine.Im well worth turning around though.

Found out many Krispy Kreme’s are franchised now and leave the light on……not these guys. If it’s on go. Always friendly and always good.

What they advertise on the left versus what I got on the right this seriously looks bad.

Donuts are absolutely amazing, especially when the HOT sign is on. The workers were extremely polite. Definitely recommend going if youve never been.

Noel and I enjoyed a mother daughter day especially after the horrible past 11 wks. After lunch at Thai Elephant, Noel and I decided to get a Donut for Dessert.We went specifically for one of their three new Carnival Flavors. Our choices were Caramel Apple, Cotton Candy or Caramel Popcorn..i took the first Noel the 2nd, neither chose the popcorn one...it looked okay but....The caramel apple had the flavor, looked lovely but tasted like this Avon Chap stick Noel used to own!!!The cotton candy was exactly as advertised....sugary spun sugar sweetBoth were good, I just could eat everyday....what do you think? Tried them yet?

I wish so much there was a Krispy Keme closer/ The cake batter donuts are absolutely to die for!

I love their chocolate iced glazed donuts. Krispy Kreme is the best!Our order was taken by a very exasperated employee in the drive thru. Maybe all she wants us to do is order quickly. Because after 20 seconds and 2 questions we could hear her frustration.She charged us extra for the Frappuccino(or frozen latte) and it was disgusting because she added way too much sweetener. We ordered it the way it was on the menu. We did not add anything. Until now I never had a Frappuccino I didnt like.We ordered a box of cinnamon rolls and we saw a fly inside the box before we opened it. Unfortunately, I never got to taste any because I was grossed out. But my regular, good ol chocolate iced glazed doughnuts were just as good as ever!

Have to stop whenever the Hot And Fresh sign is lit.

Warm Krispy Kreme donuts . Bet you cant eat just one.

We love Kristy Kreme. doughnuts are all good and taste the same no matter what location. The green Doughnuts were made on St Patrick day 2019.

We waited in line because the hot donut sign was on only to get to the window and be told they didnt have any hot donuts and the Machine was broken.

Tried the Key Lime donut today.....it was good. Pina colada donut wasnt as good. My granddaughter loved the island time donut. We drive there from Wayne because there isnt a store closer to us. I just wish we could get there at a time when the hot light is on.

I got 4 dozen glazed for a work party and had an excellent experience all around. The doughnuts were fresh and light and the window person, Gaige, was very polite and friendly!

Got a dozen, wanted 2 lemon and 2 raspberry along with a mixture for the kids. I live over an hour away and got home with 4 raspberry. Was disappointed because I really wanted my lemon. Guess next time Ill check before I leave the store.

Everytime I order a mixed dozen of doughnuts they always charge me wrong & have refund the over charge. I end up with 1/2 dozen free doughnuts. But have to wait a week on refund lol.

There were only 2 cars in line at the drive through when I got there. It took me about 20 minutes to get what I ordered and be on my way. Im a big fan of their doughnuts, but the wait was a little excessive.

Caught the light on donuts were perfect guy waiting on me was very nice.

All you can taste is the ancient, burned fryer oil they havent bothered to change in who knows how long. Inside is very dirty, the employees glare, and the drive though is a cluttered nightmare.

Granted I gave them a 5 star rating because the doughnuts are always awesome but I had a coupon which expired yesterday for 699 a dozen and I live an hour and a 1/2 away from Krispy kreme at the same time I would have thought they might since Ive been with them for a few years Give me the coupon price but young girl didnt seem to care.. Treated you like a number that was about it but love my Krispy kreme and my cup of coffee.. lol

This store has so serious customer service issues. On more than one occasion Ive left without purchasing anything. Today I called 6 times in a row from the parking lot to get a question answered.... They hung up on me 5 times before Tony a manager answered. When I explained what I had experienced he said what do you want, would a free dozen donuts MAKE YOU HAPPY? This was in the most condescending tone. He then said I could call corporate and he hung up on me. I am doing just that..... He wanted to argue with me.... Tragic

Used a coupon to buy one get one free. Explained to the manager that we were going to drop one off at our local hospice house for families staying with loved ones.....he donated another dozen..... very much appreciated....

I went, ordered 2 donuts and 2 drinks. One being a lemonade chiller. Poor guy was all confused with our order, we straightened it out. He hands me my coffee and says “have a good day” and walks away. Then hands us donuts.... then walks away.... then when we ask for a chiller, hes says “the machine is broken”. My husband would’ve gladly chose something else if he was made aware.. which then landed us in yet ANOTHER drive through. I don’t come here often, and I think this validated why I don’t make the drive often enough.

After the employee working the drive through verified that they only have the chocolate glaze cake doughnut on the first Friday of the month (today) I tried to order a couple, she then said they dont have any. I asked if they were sold out or just not ready yet. This time she replied with a rude / stern we dont have any again, so I ordered different doughnuts and proceeded to wait in line. All and all was in line from start to finish for about 25 minutes. Long wait and rude employee. Will not go there again.

Just stopped in to my local Krispy Kreme doughnut shop. As I walked in the door to get some fresh delicious donuts. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello and a friendly smell. As I selected my donuts out we made small talk and made a quick mention of how I worked up at the hospital during these crazy days. I walked up to counter to pay for my donuts. The manager said he would like to make a donation to the hospital and said no charge.I would like to think the Krispy Kreme crew of South Charleston West Virginia for making our crazy day seem a little more normal with A tasty treat.

Stopped for the experience of watching the donuts being made! Start to finish it was so fun to watch and enjoying a donut afterwards was the cherry on top. I asked my son what he wanted to do for his birthday and he asked to visit Krispy Kreme! Could of had a better experience with the clerk that checked us out. Felt rushed and seemed to be taking up her time. Still a positive experience and will be returning!

Thank you for caring about your guests Krispy Kreme!Visited there 11/02 at 3:58 PM. Went through the drive through and the lady kept telling me to speak up. She kept relaying my order wrong even though I spoke louder each try. I thought we finally got it right so I pulled up to the window and paid and got my box. When I got home it said I had ordered a lemon filled donut along with my raspberry filled ones. I considered it no big deal if they got one donut wrong. but when I bit into one of them there was nothing inside of them.. Not sure if it was a mistake out of miscommunication or spite.

Excellent service here and have loved the incredible doughnuts here. Although, I always miss the sign being on.. Oh well, guess Ill have to visit more often.

Usually better donuts

Doughnuts werent what we expected. We had 96 doughnut holes which were very good. We also had 6 glazed creme filled which was a joke i guess looked like a reguler glazed. Was told they started using filler through bottom should have known was better I wont buy thier doughnut again.

They have great donuts. They even keep it looking presentable. But do not work there. The young kids working the front are always on their phones instead of working, leaving the ones that are working to do everything. Not once have I seen the manager correct them. Workers that do work hard says, the manager does not thank them for a job well done. Have them work 30 to an hour over without asking. So enjoy the donuts and beverages. Leave them applications online or whatever they are.

Loved watch them make fresh donuts. Also it was my first hot off the production donut. Melted in my mouth and hand.

I get large orders at Krispy Kreme ALL the time. For example tomorrow morning at 6:15AM I need 30 dozen. I have been trying to call them to place this order for the last 4 hours. It rings until the phone cuts off (usually 30 rings or so) and I hang up and redial. The Krispy Kreme at Riverwalk NEVER aswers their phones. I usually have to go over and then wait for an hour because I was unable to call ahead to order. The few time that I have been able to get someone to answer the phone, the order was never relayed to the morning crew therefore not ready. Not sure whats up with them. Great donuts but thats about all thats great. Wonderful people once you get in there but even though Krispy Kreme is across the street from my office, its just much easier to go to Donut Connection. Now for those of you that want a donut and can walk in or go drive through, its great! But for large orders, dont bother.
