I used to purchase from this store all the time before I moved . When I moved the older gentleman mailed my contacts out of state He was always so friendly and helpful. The family member who took it over are the worst! I moved back to Charleston and placed an order and was told it would take about 3 days. I called on the 4th day as was told by a lady my order would take another 2-3 days because the cut off time to order had passed when I ordered. Lie !!! I placed my order an half hour after opening with the man there!!! Two weeks later, I still have No Contacts . I have never received a call to say they were in or on back order. I try to support local business but I could order online faster with better customer service.

I had never been here before but my trial contacts from another location had ripped and they were giving me nothing but issues trying to get a different brand or just any in general. I came down here and the lady was nothing but helpful she explained my script to me and got me a trial of the contacts I know I enjoy. I will definitely be down there tomorrow to get my boxes and all of my future orders!

I called this morning and ask the women if they had my brand in stock. They told me yes and I let them know we were coming from 45 minuets away. She never once told me I had to bring a paper prescription. What a wasted trip and poor service!!!!
