I love Gucci Kroger! Very clean always stocked unlike the other stores. Produce and meat aisle are awesome bigger selection than other stores.

Today i went to Krogers in South Charleston usually go to Dunbar because the employees are much friendlier and helpful there.However I wasn’t able to,so i had to go to this location.I was surprised 😮 the Sunday crew were very kind and answered my questions nicely especially in produce.I do love Krogers products and especially the sales they have.Its just you never know how you are going to be treated in the pharmacy or main store.

Great curbside grocery pick up. They do all my shopping for me free of charge. They are awesome!!!

Click list is terrible at this location. I usually go to Dunbar Kroger, but had a friend pick it up for me. I didnt get all of my items I paid for and they really dont substitute anything...No substitute for a tomato or coffee.... the young boy was supposed to call me back about about two items. Never returned my phone call. Definitely will keep going to Dunbar. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Normally a great store but today they were completely out of so many things it was a waste of trip. They aren’t open 24 hrs anymore so I can’t understand all the stocking during the day. They had so many people stocking things it was craziness. Hopefully they can get their shelves stocked again soon but doing it during the day just causes the isles to be extra crowded.

Wont even answer the phones.

We use the call-in pickup service and Hunter was our cashier and loader and the experience with home was excellent. Nice young man and very helpful..

Worst management of any store I have ever shopped. Rude didn’t know there job customer service closes whenever they fell like it! And they talk down to people. Hourly employees very nice! Management useless!!!

I used to love the Kroger rotisserie chicken because it was actually a quick and easy dinner for the family. Recently I went to get one and I got home and noticed when I cut into it that it was very pink. The further I cut into it the worse it got because I soon hit blood. I called to be put on hold for way to long, so I hung up and called back. I asked to speak directly to a manager. The man told me that they had gotten new ovens to make them moist and not dry. I explained to him dry was the last thing this chicken was, it was strait undercooked and bloody. He told me I could bring it back and get another one but by that point I didn’t even want to eat at all. I told him no thanks but I want him to be aware there not cooked fully through. Will not buy another rotisserie chicken from Kroger’s that’s for sure!

Click list needs a lot of fine tuning. We sat in one of the click list spots called the number to have our groceries delivered to the car after 3 tries no one answered.... I had to get out of my car walk inside and advise them we have been sitting outside trying to call to no avail.... Kind of defeats its purpose having to walk inside to find help. Good luck South Charleston Kroger guess its time to go back to the South Ridge Gucci Kroger

This is specific to the bakery. I ordered a half sheet cake for an event three weeks in advance. Called 2 days prior to the event and confirmed. Arrived on event day and they had my order but hadnt made it. The manger had someone whip it up for us but we had to wait which made us late to the event. They did give it to us for free.

Good selection. I just wish that the other customers would wear masks and that all employees would wear masks correctly.

Over an hour wait for pick-up after ordering a day in advance and checking in at my designated pick-up time. Unacceptable. $35 worth of groceries shouldn’t take that long. Three cars parked beside me came and went with their orders even after I called the store.

Every associate works diligently to make the shopping experience as pleasant as possible. They are constantly cleaning and refilling produce displays, respond to every customer question quickly, politely and most often even walked me to the area I was looking for. Cashiers kept lines moving efficiently and every one extremely polite and friendly.

Its hard to move around in that store things are very close together.

Krogers is a good place to go grocery shopping. I personally only get select items there due to pricing being kind of high . You can get good deals if you use your Kroger card and find 10 for 10 items.

Love the click list feature. It is absolutely wonderful when I just dont feel like shopping. Maddie and the rest of the girls at Riverwalk are wonderful.

Clerks and staff are nice, quick, and even when crowded, the check out process is smooth. Items are easy to find. Has about anything for any taste, from organic, seafood, to open and bake. Excellent selection pharmacy and gas station for rewards points all in one place.

Not my favorite grocery, but the closest. Fairly well stocked on most things, but limited if you like to cook global cuisines. All in all helpful, friendly staff. But do NOT use self checkout. Touch screens dont work and some of the staff can be incredibly condescending. I know eye rolling is a teenage characteristic, but seriously.

I drive even further to go to this location because I dont have to worry about getting bum from while entering the store or I dont have to worry about somebody breaking into my car or something crazy happening like on Delaware Avenue. However the staff is extremely unfriendly the people that are in the front checking you out act like its killing them to do their job they are rude. I guess Im going to try out the one at Ashton place and if that doesnt work Im just going to stop shopping there altogether and go to Walmart

Pretty well stocked but only two checkout lanes open. Very slow. No baggers. Took FOREVER. It has a convenient fuel station not far from I-64.

I love this Kroger however the younger manager needs to not do drugs while hes at work. Ive seen him running around like crazy then not even able to hold his eyes open nodding out. Please get better management. The drug epidemic is horrible in the area but management shouldnt be high at work.

Was good other that the cashier thought she didnt have to bag the groceries. Apparently she doesnt care about her job and would rather see self check out take her place ..

Good store. Getting in the shopping center can be a bit tricky. Plenty of cars, shelves stocked good, produce is fresh and displayed to easily shop.

Kroger has improved, lower prices, more brands and their Private Selection brand gives many options to choose from. Become a faithful customer, and you will receive coupons in the mail.

Always friendly staff, has everything I am looking for, regular discounts and great sales. Tasty bakery and HUGE vegi selection. I really love Kroger and this one is 24/7.

They always have what is advertised. Another Krogers near by are always out of the most common things. Am. chz slices, 2 liters of soda, ground beef. This Krogers is always stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant experience for a Saturday late afternoon. Plenty of cashiers and lanes open.

Prices have SKY ROCKED since Save A Lot closed. Theyre PRICE GOUGING & taking advantage of the entire town now that theyre the ONLY major grocery store left. Theyve lost a LOT of customers because of it. Like shooting themselves in their own foot.

These employees do an excellent job and the store is neat and clean and easy to find what youre looking for

Customer service desk ONLY--I have been into this Kroger at riverwalk several times of which half the time the customer severe dek is CLOSED for the day at 3pm,or 4pm or 5pm they always have a sign up that western union and or bill pay is down. The odds of those particular seizes being down ALL those time are astronomical.Then if you ask for the other seizes you find that no one has been assigned there all day.what gives at this one store only -Kroger at riverwalk in south charleston.this is bad!!!

NO cart(s) available inside the store... checkout lanes are stacked 3-4 customers long, including EACH self checkout station... EVERY aisle missing a large portion of its inventory, is any Kroger employee placing stock order(s)

Well this was my worst visit to this kroger so far.Trash in the aisles, out of stocks on so many common items it was difficult. Most outs were on sale items... Produce was disappointing, it was hard finding a good tomato.It was right after 10pm so my medium sized grocery order with weighable items wouldnt fit on the self check spinners so the register gave the infuriating please replace bag message. Over...and over.. checkout was a serious pain. And the one guy saying they have him working 6 days a week was only helpful when I was in a hurry to leave.Not a normal visit.

This use to be my favorite Kroger in the state until the massive renovation to the one in the Ashton Place Plaza, they have done away with all of their Oriental food that made it unique there and the place just feels dirty anymore.

Love this Kroger. Wish it was closer to me. Great selection and fairly quick check out.

I enjoy shopping at Krogers@ Riverwalk. For the most part the employees are friendly and helpful. I have had a couple bad shopping days there but few &far between. And the manager always made it right. But overall I like shopping at Kroger @ Riverwalk. They do a great job.

Tried to return a damaged tube of mascara..waited in line at the service desk for 15 minutes nobody showed up tried to exchange it at the register, no can do. Need to shop elsewhere.

Great place to do your weekly shopping or just to grab a few things here and there.

Store is open 24 hrs/day, but only self serve registers open after 9:30 p.m. daily. Usually heavily shopped daily and not well stocked after 8 p.m. but otherwise selection is good.

Items are often out of stock at this store and selection is not always on par with other locations. Friendly service, though!

Stocks are usually great, but checkout times can be long.

Seems that they never have small buggies or hand baskets, been there many times and no buggies inside at all. Stocking seems to be a thing of the past at this store where many items are down to 1 or 2 packages or none at all.

Krogers is now having difficulty keeping special items stocked. One item has been a featured item for weeks now and every time I have tried to purchase it in the evening it has been out of stock
