I gave one star bc there is no negative symbols. My mother is 75 and on the third pair of hearing aids that do not fit her, but they keep telling her these are custom for her ears. She has been making payments since BEFORE she received the first pair. So the 30 day trial period is definitely a joke. They are determined to make her continue to keep their product, she was even told to hold on to them bc she may want to use them sometime in the future. WHAT? I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and prices were affordable.
