We made an appointment and waited 30 minutes before we called and ask were they were. Secretary said she would check. She didn’t call back so we called AGAIN. she said the person said they came and no one here. We were sitting outside waiting on them. She said I will check again and call you back.NEVER CALLED BACK. DONE!

Had gutters put on my home job was well done and the workers were polite and cleaned up their work area. Please consider this company new crew very polite and they know how to do the job very well. I would use this crew again very customer friendly.

Gutter Pro is a wonderful company. They give free estimates and the crew is a very friendly group of people. They all know what their doing and are very professional. Would highly recommend if looking for new gutters, downspouts, hood, etc. They even custom make your gutters.

Ive had the solid gutter guards for several years now. If I could, I would choose a different kind of guard. After the water and debris runs over these for a while the debris gets built up on the edges causing water to run over the gutter.

Horrible place don’t use it

Customer Service is horrible. Every time you call in they say I will give it to the owner. Then crickets...I made my last and final call today. Im calling the Better Business Bureau and getting me a lawyer. I want my money back! Installation almost 6 months ago! Dont waste your time people.

I use to work for this company, if I were to give any advice to anybody thinking about using these services don’t. There isn’t but one worker there who isn’t doing meth on the job sites. The workers get all tweaked out and then try to work on your gutters and they mess everything up. So your wasting your money with them. The boss who is also a former veteran, also knows all of his employees are doped out, and he refuses to do anything about it. So if you have considered using gutter pro for your home improvements, id be looking elsewhere unless you want a bunch of senseless crackheads rummaging through your property and screwing up your house. BOYCOTT THESE PEOPLE UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE WITH THEIR DRUG PROBLEM.

I had Gutter Pro install new gutters and gutter guards and couldnt be happier! The sales rep was very thorough and knowledgeable about their products. Everything was installed on time and their crew of installers were top notch. I would recommend anyone that is looking for gutter work look no further than Gutter Pro. Oh, and I dont have to clean my gutters anymore!

They were to do our home around 2013 they have no communication internally at all. No one knows what the other is doing. The customer service was horrible. I had to have them come back a couple of times to fix a few items. After having them for a few years now it is a total mess left on the gutters. They explained when they were initially making the sales pitch that they were made so the rain would follow a certain curve and then drain into the gutter and no problems with anything but the rain in the gutter and that way it would flow smoothly and never have to be cleaned. They do not mention that the rain does not know it is supposed to follow their design and it doesnt do that at all. It simply just rains over the top edge and then down to the yard or whatever is below the gutter. It is as if there is no gutter there at all and it leaves these ugly black dirty marks all along the gutter, so you do not have to clean the inside but the outside has to be cleaned or it looks awful. Also below the gutter where the rain falls if you have any kind of flowers they will be ruined, it also leaves a muddy path if it rains very much at all. If you have any pride in your house at all then in my opinion you should get a different company.

Gutter Pro? I dont think so. Several years after getting the gutter system installed, they are clogging -- even though they are guaranteed not to clog. Several attempts to contact customer service have been met with empty promises to have someone contact us to correct the problem. If I am proven wrong and the company keeps their promise to stand behind the product, I will submit a more favorable review, but at this point, they appear to be a total flim-flam operation; they make a convincing sales pitch and represent themselves as reputable, but after the sale, they simply dont care. Again, I hope they prove me wrong, but Im not holding my breath.

GUTTER PRO IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, WHEN PAUL WAKEFIELD CAME OUT TO DO THE APPRAISAL HE TOLD ME AND MY FAMILY THAT THEY WOULD CALL TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALL AND ALSO DO A WALK THRU AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. WHICH I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF THE SCHEDULING OR THE INSTALL WAS COMPLETED AND IN BETWEEN THIS PERIOD WE LISTED AND SOLD OUR HOME. 3 MONTHS LATER I GET A BILL IN THE MAIL SAYING THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. SO I CALL AND SPOKE WITH CONNIE (BOOKKEEPER) ON JULY 1ST AND SHE SAID THEY MUST HAVE MADE A MISTAKE AND TOSS THE BILL AND IF YOU GET ONE IN THE FUTURE TOSS IT. MISTAKE ON THERE END. SO IN NOVEMBER I GET ANOTHER BILL AND CONNIES NAME IS ON IT THAT SAYS PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY?? AFTER CALLING AND TALKING TO CONNIE AND PAUL THEY SAID THAT I NEED TO PAY IT AND I SHOULD HAVE NOTICED MY NEW GUTTERS EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT LIVE AT THE PROPERTY ANYMORE?? THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU LOVED TO HEAR ABOUT THIS. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING GUTTER PRO

Horrible customer service! Was scheduled a install and they never called or showed up had to call them and they didnt even have me on the schedule. So reschedule for another day well guess what once again no call no show had to call them and they once again didnt have me on the schedule at this time I was ready to just give up but they came out that day and I hope they did it right because the guys werent to happy because they had to come back out on a Friday, wasnt my fault so hopefully its installed right. I cant recommend, sorry it wasnt a great experience and I lost some sick time at work waiting around for them for them not to show or even call me.

We had GutterPro install gutters with guards to our home. The result was a huge problem with icicles that have resulted in damage to a canvas awning. We made multiple attempts to talk with the company about a solution and although the sales people assure us someone will contact us, no one has ever returned our calls.

Great Company! Easy to work with! Product works well, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to all of my friends. I DO!!

I requested appraisal of job didn’t show. Rescheduled paid deposit havnt heard from them since. I’ve personally called 4 times. Today I was told owner would call me ... maybe tomorrow? I’m concerned😬

We purchased a home in South Charleston in 2012 on South Street from the previous home owners The Patricks  who had had been in the home for 30 years. The exterior of the home had been equipped with gutter guards  by Gutter Pro with a transferable warranty to us the new homeowners.  We had several minor issues with the Gutters over the next few years. I called Gutter Pro and inquired about the transferable warranty....No Problem they said well take care of it...Keep in Mind I have no trees in my yard. On the 2nd or 3rd time I had called them due to possible clogged gutters and downspouts....they sent out a technician, he was here long enough to put up a ladder....The tech then advised me these were Gutter Pro Gutter Guards but not Gutter Pro Gutters and Gutter Pro would no longer honor their/our warranty...Whaaaat!!???I called Gutter Pros office and spoke with Scarlet she advised me again of the bad news with no further explanation....This was Gutter Pros product on my home with a life time warranty in my hand that they would not honor. Their warranties arent worth the paper theyre written on....I was also offered a $50 referral fee...I referred 2 residents  on my street that had Gutters and guards installed...I never saw a dime. Horrible, horrible customer service to say the least....BUYER BEWARE!
